Welcome to our thoughtfully designed home complete with a large pool, hot tub, outdoor lounge area, stunning San Antonio mural, complete game room, and pool table.

You'll find that this home is equipped with everything you need on your trip, including a kitchen fully stocked with all equipment needed, 6 TVs, ping pong, pool, foosball, basketball, and plenty of board games!

This 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths has over 3000 sq ft. so there will be plenty of room for your entire group to enjoy the space! The home sits on a large lot with a private fenced in backyard with heated pool ($40/day fee) and hot tub that is great for entertaining.

• Walk into the large open living room with oversized couch and a 65” TV for all of your entertainment needs.

• Every room provides an excellent night's sleep - all beds in the house are equipped with memory foam mattresses. One king bed in the master bedroom with a fun light feature behind it! Two more bedrooms on the main floor equipped with a queen bed and shared bathroom with a newly remodeled shower! The fourth and fifth bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom has two queen beds and the other has a twin and a twin-over-full bunk bed.

• A true entertainer's dream! The backyard will be a memory you won’t forget. With a huge swimming pool equipped with a basketball hoop and plenty of floaties, your whole group will be able to cool off from the San Antonio heat. When temperatures dip a bit, step into the heated hot tub to warm up! The back deck is equipped with 3 lounge beds and a modern outdoor couch. And when you get hungry, step on over to the grill to cook your favorite meats and veggies.

We have large 6 large Roku-enabled 4k TVs throughout the house so you can stream all your favorite shows on whichever streaming services you have. Additionally, games are everywhere in this home! We retro-fitted the garage to be the ultimate game room as well as have a complete separate pool table room. Entertainment in the house includes:

I am writing on behalf of 11 women who selected this house after reading all of the great reviews. There were good and bad things we observed in the house and we feel that both should be represented in an honest review. Andre was affable and willing to quickly respond to our requests. The pool was great and we really enjoyed it! Bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The dining room table was great because all of us were able to gather for meals and games. The kitchen allowed for cooks and margarita makers at the same time. The home was not clean however. The kitchen floor was filthy as were vent fans in the bathrooms. The master bath had a vent fan literally ready to fall off of the ceiling! A friend looked for a phone under the sofa sectional and swept out dirt before wanting to do a check.There was mold in the portable ice maker. The freezer ice maker wasn’t working. This should suffice as examples of problems though there were more. Hopefully this review will give the owners a chance to make repairs and bring a lovely home back to its potential.

Enjoyed our trip!
Nice property and we really enjoyed our stay! Communication with host was great but wasn’t very helpful when it came to addressing red hornets in the pool area. Pest control came and told us to let them drink water and leave them alone, which was not helpful and unfortunately as a result we avoided the pool more than we planned. Otherwise great and met all our expectations.

We had a good stay. The house was in a great location. We used the pool a lot and it was great ! Kids had a great time. We had a small issue of water or drain smelling very stinky , in master bath. And the garage door wouldn’t go up on one side of garage, but not really a problem. We had a great family time time in San Antonio.

WE LOVED IT! This home was an oasis from our chaotic life! Three generations enjoyed the pool, the pool room (my personal favorite), the ping pong table and the waffles ;) The rooms and amenities were above what we expected, especially the kitchen. Great and prompt communications with the owner. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood for a family of noise makers!

Great San Antonio Get Away
House was exactly as described! Amazing pool/hot tub Kitchen was well equipped with essential spices/oil/foil/plastic wrap. Nice complimentary coffee/tea!! Location is great for exploring the city—but in a quiet well kept neighborhood. Property manager was great—good communication prior to, during and after the stay. Would highly recommend for a family or group of friends.

Perfect place to stay in San Antonio!
What a wonderful place to stay as a family in San Antonio! Everything was perfect. The home is very comfortable and there is tons of room to spread out. We are a family of six and with my daughter’s fiancé there were seven of us, and we never felt crowded. The game rooms are awesome, the kitchen is well stocked, and the backyard is absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much!

Great communication
This was probably the best communication I have ever had with management. They did a great job of communication before arrival and they were quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. The locations perfect. It is close to everything! The airport is close which is nice. There is a super Walmart minutes away. We went to Sea World, the Caverns, and the Riverwalk and every thing was 30 minutes or less. The house is as advertised. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. There a lots of beds and rooms. I love a house that has laundry and cleaning supplies. There are some minor updates that the house needs but nothing significant enough to change my rating.

The house was very comfortable with room for all the members of the family. The location was convenient to our family members who live in San Antonio and this was part of the reason we selected the property. There are many board games that kept the children entertained. The hot tub was a nice attraction. The kitchen is well appointed and facilitated being able to have meals at home. There is a garage converted into game room with ping-pong table, foosball table and indoor basketball hoop, there is another room with a pool table. The children enjoyed all these amenities. The heating system did not work during a fairly cold week, the management provided electric heaters and sent a technician to resolve the problem. This may be an ongoing issue as we later discovered several space heaters in the closets. Initially we did not have sufficient towels for all the members of our party, particularly if we wanted to use the hot tub. We requested additional towels and were delivered within a few hours. The house could use a more thorough cleaning; many dust bunnies under beds and couch and behind things…overall a nice property.

Weekend family time!
Plenty of room for 14 family members and their children. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The pool needed some more lighting. No pool lights and no light to the deck area. The light in the hot tub was hanging out which I felt could’ve been a safety issue but we didn’t use it much anyway. Landscaping and grass was in need of some TLC. The inside very clean and spacious. The men enjoyed the pool table very much! Walmart was only about 5 minutes away which was a big plus! Overall we had an amazing weekend together.

This property was exactly what our group needed! There was plenty of space for everyone, and the extra amenities such as the pool and games were a hit with the kids. The pool and game rooms
I traveled to San Antonio with my family (spouse and 3 kids) and another family (2 adults, 1 kid) purely for a hot weather spring break with a pool. This place was perfect! We had the pool heated and it was almost too warm with the 80-90 degree days we had! But not really. It was nice to be able to swim after dinner and not worry about it being too cool. The game rooms were great. Kids were able to play pool or in the game room when they wanted a break from the pool. The kitchen was nice and big for us to all be in there together. We didn't really use the living room much but when we did, the soft blankets were a big hit. Location was great. We drove to the Phil Herdberger park for bird watching and playground time. Later that day we did a Riverwalk Boat Tour, the Alamo and Tower of the Americas, followed by dinner at Rosarios. Too much in one day but Rosarios was amazing. Horseback riding was a big hit another day. Overall it was a great stay. A couple of extras - our original flight was delayed due to an April Fools snow storm, the hosts sent us charcuterie platters for the first day we did make it there. Additionally, a hot tub issue was resolved within minutes of reaching out to them. They were very thoughtful and wanted to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you!
