Welcome to our charming stone house offering a breathtaking panoramic view of a vast 2000m2 garden, overlooking the magnificent Buzet vineyard and the majestic Landes forest. With a capacity of 2 to 8 people, our cottage is perfect for intergenerational stays or between friends.
With a surface area of 100m2, this residence offers on the ground floor a spacious bedroom with a 140 bed and two 90 beds convertible into a king size on request, a well-equipped kitchen opening onto a warm living room with fireplace, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilets.
Upstairs, a charming mezzanine awaits you with two 90 cm beds, as well as a third bedroom with a 140 cm bridge bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Also enjoy a summer kitchen equipped with a plancha and a barbecue, as well as a pétanque court. Private parking and a bicycle garage are also at your disposal.
For your comfort, cozy heating is provided by a pellet stove inserted in the fireplace (pellets provided, bags to be paid for when you leave according to your consumption).
