Kürzlich aktualisierte Wohnung im 1. Stock mit spektakulärem Meerblick über die Bucht und zum Festland.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Familienschlafzimmer (Doppelbett und drei Einzelbetten) mit Blick auf die Bucht und einem Doppelzimmer.
Die Lounge bietet einen wunderschönen Meerblick und ist mit einem Blu-ray-Player, einem HD-Fernseher, HiFi mit CD-Player und einer Buchse ausgestattet, sodass Sie Musik von einem mobilen Gerät abspielen können. Esstisch bietet Platz für vier Personen.
Die Pantryküche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Für die Kaffeeliebhaber steht auch eine Nespresso-Maschine zur Verfügung.

Ort:
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Wasser in Ardbeg. Dies ist ein sanfter 30-minütiger flacher Spaziergang an der Küste vom Fährterminal in Rothesay oder eine 5-minütige Fahrt. Wenn Sie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen, können Sie alternativ auf mehrere Busse oder den Taxistand am Rothesays Guildford Square (gegenüber dem Fährterminal) zugreifen.

What a pleasant experience
This was just great, in every regard. Bute is such a lovely island with a very specific charm (in architecture, landscape, history ...), and the people we met were overwhelmingly friendly and so pleasingly laid-back. The flat was great, too. It's on the first floor (ground floor is a different flat, which we didn't know - but it doesn't matter, because it's still spacious), and it's perfectly located, as well as tastefully decorated, clean, and equipped with all the comforts one needs and none one doesn't. Plus: it has a great view over the Firth of Clyde! On top of that, Campbell is as close to the perfect host as one gets. Friendly in communication, thoughtfully providing great information on the Isle of Bute (as well as on the practical workings of the appliances in the flat) and always quick to answer and help with whatever might have come up. Highly recommend this to anyone!

Had a long stay at the property, the accommodation is very spacious and clean with loads of amenities. Locations is great with just a 20 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The views from the living room bay wjndows is breathe taking. Would definitely recommend staying here

A well-appointed, spacious flat with gorgeous views
We had a lovely long weekend at Campbell's property in Ardbeg. It was super convenient to meet up with family staying in Rothesay - just a 3 minute drive - and incredibly easy to get to anywhere on the island by car. We also enjoyed some scenic morning walks - and one chilly swim - with the dog. The flat was very comfortable, the living room has stunning views from the large bay window, and the kitchen was well equipped. Campbell was excellent at communicating before and during the tenancy, I'd love to visit again soon. again

Beautiful Bute
The upper apartment was really good. Clean, comfortable and spacious with terrific views across Rothesay Bay. It as well equipped and everything seemed to be working ok Couple of minor concerns: 1. Parking was off road as driveway narrow and unsuitable for parking 2. Kitchen floor covering in need of replacement. Was sticky and tacky underfoot and had a tear in the middle of the floor. In a food preparation area this could be dangerous 3. Bedside lamps( candlestick style were extremely difficult to switch on and off Otherwise our stay was really good and we enjoyed our trip to Bute NB We had no contact with property manager but the owner communicated really well and very helpful

Super week in Bute
This flat is wonderful with amazing sea views. Well appointed and a good heating system. We had a lovely week discovering Bute. Recommend the weekly jam session at the Anchor At Port Ballantine. Most places accept dogs and there’s some good food to be had in local cafes and bars.

6 week stay
I have just enjoyed a 6 week stay at the property and i have to say its been the most pleasant experience. The flat is warm, comfortable and clean and has everything you would ever need including a washing machine and kitchen appliances, wifi and smart tv. The area is quiet and being situated on the coastal road the views are fabulous. There is on street parking outside the flat and i never had any problems finding a space to park. The owner frequently kept in touch to make sure everything was ok and there were no issues. If you are looking to stay at rothesay i would definetely recommend booking this property. I certainly will be back.

Bute weekend
Great communication with Campbell and easy to find and access the property. Positives - great location and views and very quiet and peaceful. Flat is clean and equipped with all basics. Double bed mattress is soft which is good for some but obviously not for others. Negatives - Galley kitchen is compact however as only 1 light was working it can be a little dark and linoleum has a hole in it. Shower is a bit fiddly and not great pressure but enough to shower properly. Good location and fine for spending a few days to explore Bute.

Stunning views
We were very lucky with the weather while we stayed. Friendly people everywhere we went. Holiday home was very spacious everything you needed was there Downside to our stay beds were very uncomfortable 6 adults all said the same thing, a new mattress on every bed would be recommended to make the holiday more comfortable I know that's a bit of expense but sadly that's the only reason why I wouldnt stay again, as my back is still suffering. Views were amazing, can't fault Isle of Bute for a holiday

Memory Trip
I wanted to let my grand-daughter experience Bute and see for herself the amazing beaches, yachts and places which have meant so much to me. But I found myself sitting at the bay window early in the morning, looking at the often glassy calm water and watching a heron fishing on the shore. I tuned into the timing of the ferries and started to look out for their comings and goings. Ardbeg is a quiet residential area but with enough 'through traffic' and cyclists not to feel isolated, there always seemed to be something happening. The house is ideal for easy walking into Rothesay and Port Bannatyne and beyond. Very clean and exceptionally well equipped. The only downside was 'the cooing of the pigeons in the loft!
