We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Nights 1 and 2 were relatively quiet. On Day 3, the WiFi went out for several hours. The staff didn’t notify the guest when it was fixed. There were loud kids on our floor on Day 3 banging on things and running up and down the hallway. This made it difficult to sleep at night. In addition, we decided to dine at the restaurant on our last day. After closing out our tab, we decided to visit the market to get tums. They didn’t have any tums so we started walking towards the elevator and the African American woman flagged us down asking us to pay for the food we got from the market. We explained we didn’t get anything from the market. We already paid over $167 for food and drinks at the bar. Another guest at the hotel explained that she ran from behind the counter to accuse us and had rushed him through his check in to try to “catch us”. He also found it odd and uncomfortable. I came back down to grab some dessert I had ordered from uber eats and she was still staring at me and it made me ready to leave as if she didn’t believe me. I have no reason to steal anything. Overall, this ruined my experience here. Front desk was overzealous.
