The Space:
This space is thoughtfully designed to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen complete with cooking essentials and a fully stocked coffee station. Convenience is key with an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as bathroom necessities, cleaning products, fresh towels, and cozy bedding (extra bedding provided for sofa sleepers). Stay entertained with smart TVs and connected with free Wi-Fi throughout the home.
Guest Access:
Off street parking is included with your stay. You'll have access to one complimentary outdoor parking space in a private lot. Garage spaces are available for an additional $50. These are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Our building is fully wheelchair accessible, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive stay for all guests.
For your convenience, key codes are provided for both the building entrance and the unit, allowing for easy and secure access at any time.
Additionally, the building features a private mailbox and package room, making it simple to receive mail or deliveries during your stay.

Cancellation Policy
Guests will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date, but less than 14 days, are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.

Pet-Friendly Policy:
