Magical family experience
We have visited the ranch on previos trips but this is the first time we have stayed. As you pull into the drive way you are transported into another world, with cowboys,rhinestones and razzmatazz !
The plan was to attend the rodeo, relax in the saloon , join in the street party and immerse ourselves in cowboy life.
Staff were not as friendly on this trip as on previous occasions but they were very busy as there was a wedding taking place and may have been distracted. Due to a problem with our original room we were given an upgrade to one of the cottages. They are fabulous and well worth splashing out for on future trips.
We all enjoyed the jacuzzi and the view from the back porch across a field grazed by buffalo just rounded off the fantasy.
Next morning out daughters enjoyed a rideout on the ponies they had seen performing in the rodeo.We rounded off the trip with a couple of hours by the pool before we packed up and hit the trail back to kissimmeee.
A great escape and complete change of gear from Disney and well worth a visit next time you are in the Orlando area.
