- Roboter am Empfang, schlechtes Englisch, unfreundlich, keine Mimik - gebucht: Superior Room, erhalten: Standard Room, beim Nachfragen kam die Gegenfrage: Why you need more space? Geht meines erachtens gar nicht! Es wurde durch uns jedoch nicht weiter interveniert. - Reinigung des Zimmers erfolgte aus unerklärlichen Gründen zum ersten Mal nach 2 Tagen.

Sehr gute Lage, leicht erreichbar vom Flughafen mit Bus 22, sauber. Schade, daß das Frühstück jeden Tag identisch ist, null Abwechslung. Keine Reinigung des Zimmers während 5 Tage. Spa-Bereich war außr Betrieb. Obwohl das Hotel noch 3 andere Gebäuden hat, eine Umbuchung war weder offeriert, noch irgendwelche Art Entgegenkommen vorgeschlagen. Nach dem Motto: Du hast extra für den Spa bezahlt, pech gehabt.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the old town of Riga and makes a fairly modern and very neat impression. All staff is very caring and friendly, contributed to a very enjoyable short stay in Riga and made us feel very welcome despite the current pandemic situation. Thank you very much and until soon!
