Thank you for taking the opportunity to review your recent stay Olena. However, I am sorry to hear that you encountered a few issues during your stay. I hope that someone was available to look into the problem with the TV as it seems strange that it was working ok the previous night. I am also sorry that you were disturbed by other guests during the night, our nights team endeavour to make sure that all our guests are respectful of other guests staying in the hotel when moving around on the bedroom corridors.
