This 5 acre property includes 2 beautifully decorated homes with views of the Chesapeake Bay & a private beach. Perfect for fishing, quiet getaways, retreats & family gatherings. Includes BBQ grills/griddle, kayaks, crab cages, 3 decks, fire pit (firewood provided), corn hole, hammock, games, picnic area, swing & obstacle play set. There are several marinas and boat landings near the property. Closets boat landing is 0.3 miles away. Sleeps up to 9 comfortably in beds and up to 12 using the sofas as a sleeping space.

Coastal Winns Retreat is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. While there are minimal attractions within the city of Reedville, the closest largest city & grocery store is just a short 20-30-minute drive away. We recommend stocking up on groceries before your arrival. The fully equipped kitchen, in the main house, has everything you need to prepare delicious meals so you can settle in and make the most of your relaxing staycation.
