Came in town for my mom's surprise 70th birthday party. Needed a room to stay because it was a surprise. AVOID THE #comfortinnandsuites wyomissing #choicehotels . First of all the room still have the sprinkle powder on the floor as if they were supposed to vacuum and forgot. The room was damp. The toilet paper holder was hanging from the wall. The door from the sink was hanging broken off. There was no toilet paper (I had to tell the lady at the front desk and she handed us 1 roll for 5 people). The phone in the room was for show because it didn't work. The towels were dirty and the room was set up for 2 people. When I asked about wash rag and towels the person from the back took me to the laundry room and there were sheets and towels thrown everywhere and he FOUND 1 wash rag and said it looks like they still need to go in the dryer and told me to come back later. He goes on to tell me he is not the one who does housekeeping. Then we try to use the pullout bed and there was a small broom, dead bugs, lip gloss in the bed. My sister went to talk to the front desk and nothing they can do...her and her grandkids had to sleep on their nasty floor. We didn't have anywhere else to go. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. NEVER COME HERE. RIDICULOUS.
