INDOOR:
The open layout will lead you from the wide foyer to the large living room / dining area, and onto to the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with striking mountain views. Contemporary furnishing designs and luxury accents throughout the entire home.
LIVING ROOM:
In the sunny living room a large sectional couch and two chaise lounges offer comfortable seating around the cozy fire place and the 65" flat screen TV, while enjoying a view of the green lawns.
DINING AREA:
Taste your favorite meals on the 10 foot mid-century oak dining room table and wishbone chairs for 8 guests. On either sides guests can enjoy looking at the swimming pool and the mountains while dining. A sliding door will connect the indoor dining area to the teak outdoor dining table
CHEF’S KITCHEN:
Gourmet kitchen is fully stocked. All stainless steel appliances along with an extra large center island, professional gas range, and prep sink. The kitchen island is appointed with 4 high chairs at the counter for in-kitchen dining and entertaining. A second refrigerator for additional groceries is conveniently available in the main garage.
OFFICE DEN:
A dedicated work space with contemporary desk table overlooking the outdoor patio is equipped with high speed wi-fi and wireless printer for remote workers and digital nomads.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
This stylish Rancho Mirage vacation rental comfortably sleeps 8-10 guests between 4 well-appointed bedrooms, located in two separate wings of the house.
PRIMARY BEDROOM 1:
Hidden behind double doors, the master bedroom features a king-size bed with a $4,000 mattress designed by Somnium with cooling technology, and a 50” Flat Screen TV. Enjoy the luxury en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and oval soaker tub. Sliding doors open onto the manicured lawn and pool in the shade of the large grapefruit.
GUEST BEDROOM 1 & 2:
Outside the master bedroom is a guest bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in stone shower, flanked by two guest bedrooms. Both room are equipped with Restoration Hardware queen size beds, and open up to a view of the front lawns and the mountains.
PRIMARY BEDROOM 2:
On the opposite side of the house, the fourth bedroom serves as a second master suite, offering a King-size bed and panoramic views of the pool. The adjacent full bathroom has a walk in stone shower and a door for pool access. The bedrooms location, in two distinct wings off the common area, assure privacy for your group.
Additional guest amenities include washer and dryer, double AC units, ceiling fans, an $80,000 solar system coming soon after the recently completed $50,000 outdoor deck and pool renovation.
OUTDOOR:
Enjoy a resort-style, private backyard with salt water pool and spa, manicured lawns and palm trees, fully equipped for outdoor living, effectively doubling up your entertainment space. A canopied patio with atmosphere lighting offers a weathered teak table and chairs for 8 guests, along with a Weber gas barbecue grill.
The heated salt water pool and spa can be remotely controlled from an app on your phone, and it is maintained weekly. The pool features a double vacuum to remove both under water and surface debris. Surrounding the pool are six natural teak sun-beds with comfortable cushions and large umbrellas.
An elevated terraced deck features a large outdoor living room for 8 guests to gather around the fire pit and look out onto the manicured grass lawns, citrus trees and desert plants. The perfect spot for relaxing evenings under the stars after an enjoyable poolside day.
The 3-car garage and the wide double driveway offer parking for up to 7 vehicles.
The city of Rancho Mirage requires a minimum stay of 28 nights. For all guests and snowbirds who wish to enjoy the entire winter season here we will consider an additional 10% disc. on the final price of a multi-month rental agreement.
