Kitchen: Take advantage of our equipped American kitchen, including an oven, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The kitchen opens to a relaxing view of the pool and mountains.

Living room: The living room, equipped with an insert fireplace and a balcony, offers panoramic views of the sea, forest and mountains.

Garden: Our lush garden includes an inviting swimming pool and two terraces, providing perfect spaces to relax, refresh and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty, with stunning sea and mountain views.

Roof: One of the jewels of this property is the 360° view from the roof, offering a breathtaking panorama of Rafraf, Sounine, the sea, the mountain and the forest.

Activities Nearby: For sports enthusiasts, a Padel court is nearby. The region is also ideal for mountain hiking. The beach is accessible in 10 minutes on foot for sports enthusiasts, but we recommend the car for children and the elderly.

Access and Parking: Please note that the access road to the villa is not entirely tarmac, adding to its rustic charm. A private garage is available, although access may be a little difficult.
