In wenigen Gehminuten erreichen Sie Geschäfte, den lokalen Fisch- und Fruchtmarkt, Restaurants, Bars, Strände und Parks. Sie erreichen das örtliche Sportstadion mit freiem Eintritt für Ihr Fitnesstraining in 10 Minuten zu Fuß und auch die berühmte Promenade Malecon.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass sich das Haus auf einem kleinen Hügel befindet, von dem aus Sie eine schöne Aussicht haben. Die Straße ist jedoch für einen kleinen Abscnitt steil wenn Sie zu Fuß gehen. Wenn Sie Puerto Vallarta kennen, ist das ziemlich üblich, weil die Hügel eine der Anziehungspunkte der Stadt sind. Für diejenigen, die fahren, haben Sie Ihre eigene voll sichere Garage zum Parken. Taxis, UBER und Bustarife sind sehr günstig.

Wonderful family vacation
We all had super fun stay in Puerto Vallarta, the villa Europa was a beautiful home 5 min walk to the beach with amazing views. The home was fully equipped with everything you would need! The filterd water in the kitchen was great! There was a excellent restaurant across the street with a little market super convenient!! Would recommend your property to family and friends or anyone who would like to stay in a beautiful home in the heart of PV!Thank you hope to make it back again soon!!

Amazing Stay! Thank you Claus!!
We had an amazing week at Claus' villa! The property was stunning, with breathtaking views, a large hot tub, and plenty of space for our group of 8. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect, and the air mattress on the top floor (which we requested) offered good privacy. Claus was an exceptional host—he warmly greeted us, gave a thorough house tour, and was highly responsive throughout our stay.The location was ideal—on a hill with panoramic views, yet just a short walk (under 10 minutes) to the beach. Many great restaurants were nearby, and we often strolled to Zona Romantica for dining and drinks. The villa offered a perfect mix of privacy and convenience, with a spacious garage (unused by us but great for those with cars).The pool was temporarily out of service, but maintenance was addressing it. The hot tub was lovely, though the hot water supply ran low when filling it or after 1-2 showers, so spacing out usage is recommended. The Wi-Fi, while covering all 4 levels, was occasionally inconsistent, so it may not suit heavy internet use.The weather was a highlight—we didn’t need AC. Opening doors during the day for fresh air and closing them at night made the house feel even more spacious and connected to the surroundings.Overall, we had a fantastic time and highly recommend Claus' villa for a spacious, comfortable, and scenic getaway. We’d definitely return—thanks, Claus, for being a wonderful host!

Excellent value with an incredible view! This property is ideal for larger groups or families, offering plenty of space and a beautiful setting. Its proximity to food, shopping, and the vibrant Malecon boardwalk is a major plus, making it convenient for exploring the area.We also appreciated the thoughtful provision of beach towels and toys for kids, which added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay.Cleanliness could be improved. Upon arrival, we noticed that certain items, such as the clothes washing machine, required cleaning, as it was grimy. While the property is pet-friendly, ensuring that pet hair is thoroughly removed between guests would improve the overall experience.Maintenance issues were another challenge during our stay. We encountered several interruptions, including gas tank refills (which required multiple visits to bleed the lines), pool cleaning, a repair to the main water line, and a water supply issue with the dishwasher. Additionally, hot water was intermittent for the first three days. While the host responded quickly and efficiently to each problem, the frequency of these issues was disruptive, particularly for a short 5-night stay. Preemptive maintenance could help prevent similar occurrences for future guests.Pillows need replacing, as they are clumpy and uncomfortable. For light sleepers, earplugs are recommended, due to the nearby roosters, dogs, music, and general neighbourhood noise.

Beautiful house in a great location
My family and I were absolutely impressed by this property that includes a beautiful view over Puerto Vallarta, a swimming pool and even a Jacuzzi. The location is perfect because it is a walking distance from the beach, a fish market and great roof top restaurants. The owner went beyond expectations to make our stay confortable and had great recommendations for doing activities within and outside Puerto Vallarta. We hired a driver to go to San Pancho then Sayulita and it was the highlight of our stay. We highly recommend this property for a stay in Puerto Vallarta and around.

Overall, our family enjoyed our stay very much! Claus is extremely kind and responsive! I will say, however, that we stayed for six (6) days while running the air conditioning (AC) minimally and still incurred an additional $150 USD expense for AC usage. One AC unit had to be serviced during our stay because it was leaking significantly. The morning of our checkout we had to visit an ATM to be able to pay the extra expense. I encourage anyone interested in staying at this property to inquire about specifics regarding the AC. Thank you, Claus!

We enjoyed our time at Villa Europa. The location is great, with a large market just blocks away, and a fantastic restaurant across the road. The views from both upper and lower decks were wonderful and we enjoyed relaxing and watching the neighborhood activity. Also, most days we saw whales splashing in the bay mid afternoon. Claus is a wonderful host. He drove us to the house for our arrival and made sure we were comfortable. Any issues that arose during our stay were dealt with quickly. And, we appreciated the ride to the airport on our departure day.

We really loved the house!
We loved the house!!!! Our very introverted son loved the ‘basement’ room, and we greatly enjoyed the layout and feel of the house!!! It could easily house 3 couples needing some privacy. Our only problem is that IF the power goes out … both the air conditioning and the water pump do not work. Our host said power outages were to be expected and in the dry season the lack of breeze combined with a power outage on 2 evenings made the house very uncomfortable. The power company did replace the transistor the day we left, and the host did offer a partial refund. But the last evening was pretty uncomfortable. Do seriously consider using taxis during your stay!!!! We rented a car as the villa has a garage, but aside from one day where we visited a few beaches, we could have used taxis and probably paid less for the week, and parking is not as available as in the US. (We live in a city with minimal public transport, and so I didn’t consider just using taxis when it would have worked fine for my family.) La Traviata had amazingly good pizza, and the very small convenience store on the same block was a life saver when we needed some aloe for excessive sun!

Everything was clean and well stocked and everything functioned well for the duration of the trip. The host was very reachable and responsive. Some small restaurants and cafes and wine bars are popping up within really easy walking distance that adds to the convenience. Such a great alternative to the resorts and the overcrowded conditions the areas immediately around the resorts have to endure. But if that is your thing it’s just a few minutes walk to beach and all the beachside attractions. The decks lacked significant sunshine but that’s a time of year thing I’m sure it’s there much of the year just not January. The location near the top of the hill is a challenge for the walk back from the beaches. But it’s literally a couple hundred meters and obviously helps with the great views over the city and down towards the water. I’d recommend this large multi-ensuite family house with no reservation at all.

Calming, spacious retreat
Very pleasant with beautiful views from all outdoor areas. Claus was very friendly, attentive and always available. No negative issues with any part of our stay. Uber transportation accessible. The property is BEAUTIFUL and an easy walk into town for food, drinks, and beach. Claus greeted us upon arrival to show us the house, was helpful in connecting us with a local driver, and wished us farewell upon departure. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Claus!

Communication with Claus was easy and his responses swift. We rented his home last minute without problems. Upon arrival he met us at the property to explain how everything works. His home sits on a hill overlooking an old neighborhood. The beach, OXOX stores, and many restaurants are within walking distance. His home is lovely and inviting. The pictures shown do not do it justice. This is a tri level home. Bedrooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Water and ice from the refrigerator are filtered, this is a big plus. You are able to call UBER with a quick response and the cost is very low, much preferred to use them than Taxis. The pool was refreshing as the weather was very hot and humid. In all this house was a perfect fit for us. looking forward to returning.
