Das Haus umfasst nur die feinsten Fliesenarbeiten, unverputzte Ziegel und Natursteine und ist einzigartig mit Antiquitäten und Originalkunstwerken dekoriert.

Sobald Sie durch die großen Holztüren gelangen, werden Sie vom Klang und den Sehenswürdigkeiten des Ozeans begrüßt. Die Eingangsebene ist ein dramatischer, großer offener Bereich, der eine Küche im mexikanischen Stil mit offenen Fliesenregalen, einen Essbereich und einen Wohnbereich mit Bankettsesseln für TV-Betrachtung bietet. Auf dieser Ebene befindet sich auch eine praktische Gästetoilette. Der komfortable Wohnbereich ist entlang der Westwand vollständig zum Meer hin offen, sodass sich tropische Brisen im gesamten Haus bewegen können und die Innenwohnbereiche mit der Außenterrasse nahtlos einbeziehen.

Auf einer Ebene finden die Gäste zwei Hauptschlafzimmer mit kompletten Badezimmern en suite. Ein Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einer in mexikanische Fliesen eingelassenen Badewanne und Dusche. Die andere King Master Suite verfügt über ein prächtiges Badezimmer mit marokkanisch inspirierten Fliesenarbeiten. Auf dem Balkon vor beiden Suiten befindet sich eine Sitzecke. Die Schlafzimmer können offen oder geschlossen sein, um einen klimatisierten Schlafkomfort zu gewährleisten.

Eine Ebene höher befindet sich die private Dachterrasse. Die Terrasse bietet einen spektakulären 360-Grad-Blick auf das Meer, die Innenstadt und die üppigen Berge. Es gibt eine mit Palapa bedeckte Bar mit Spüle und Kühlschrank. Eine eingebaute geflieste Servicebar erstreckt sich über die gesamte Länge der Terrasse und ist perfekt für Unterhaltungszwecke geeignet. Der Whirlpool ist der ideale Ort, um nach einem Tag in der Sonne oder nach einem Einkaufsbummel in Vallartas zahlreichen Boutiquen neue Energie zu tanken. Hier finden Sie auch Liegestühle und einen Essbereich für Cocktails bei Sonnenuntergang. Auf dieser Ebene befindet sich auch eine praktische Gästetoilette.

Unten auf einer Ebene vom Haupteingang befinden sich 2 weitere Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Beide Zimmer bieten Meerblick und können entweder im Freien oder durch geschlossene Glasfenster klimatisiert werden. Ein Schlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Einzelbett mit gefliester Dusche im Bad. Das andere Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und ein mexikanisch gefliestes Badezimmer. Zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern befindet sich eine gemütliche Sitzecke zum Fernsehen.

Beautiful villa walking distance to beach and town
I stayed with four friends and we've rented villas for decades. Almost everyone agreed that overall this was the best we'd ever stayed in. The layout is ideal, with bathrooms in each room, plus two extras on the other floors. Bedrooms on floors 1 and 3 provide nice separation. The rooftop terrace is perfect for sun. And all walking distance to the beach and town if you are up for the hill. Loved this place!

I had an excellent experience! From the house staff to getting groceries pre stocked in the house. The house keeper was so kind. My only complaint is that I could not connect to wifi and nobody there could help me. So I spent my trip without wifi, which isn't bad because it forced me not to work! I would return here again & again

Everyone love it!
I agree with the pictures don't do it justice. Bit of a trek up a windy hill but truly worth it, situated in a decently quiet area within walking distance to a vibrant part of the city. Lovely views and open airy spaces on all floors, especially the large rooftop terrace. Good vibes in all rooms. Ample privacy throughout. Living area and baths have open air walls/windows so always open to the outdoors. Beautiful saltillo throughout. Beautiful interior wooden stairs are easy to traverse. Great kitchen. Great housekeeper! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The Home was nice , some things that need improving, AC in the kitchen would help so you can at least cook! Spent a lot of time in the bedrooms as they were the only rooms that had AC Wasn't' expecting that many storms and flooding inside the house. Cockroaches in some of the rooms were not appealing! View , location and space were amazing

Loved our stay at Casa Perezoso. It’s is exactly as advertised. Spacious rooms, daily housekeeping, Views of the ocean from bedrooms and living room. As mentioned, house is at top of hill with a cobblestone road, so not great for those with mobility issues. Everyone else will love it

Breath of fresh air
It was an amazing home. The view was spectacular. The location to the beach, restaurants and shopping was a quick walk or taxi cab drive away. The home was so clean and organized. The dipping pool and sun chairs was one of our favorite gathering places. Having a bar and bathroom on the same level made it to easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. It was very private. There were a few neighbors that got a little loud but that didn't deter us from having a great vacation. We will definitely try and make it back some day.

Lovely Stay & Outstanding Views
The property was the perfect place for our group of friends to stay and enjoy Puerto Vallarta for a week. It was even better in person with the spectacular views (we watched whales from the balcony every day) and the relaxing sound of waves in every room. We had worried that the nightlife would be loud but the home is just far enough away from any clubs that sound was never an issue. It's a quick walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Just know that this area has steep roads with uneven cobblestones. The property came with everything we needed. Any questions or concerns were quickly answered by Sara or Teresa. I would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic views!
The home was everything it was described to be! Traditional Mexican colonial with tons of charm, and some of the best views I 've ever had in PV! Nicely furnished and appointed and in great condition. Kitchen typical older Mexican kitchen, but worked fine for the dinner we cooked at home and breakfast, lunch, etc. The road to it is a little rough and may be hard for older people, but easy and cheap to get a taxi to and from (taxis almost always 2 doors down at Almar resort). Music from Manatamar beach Club could be a little loud but did not bother us and stopped at a reasonable hour most nights ( except New Years, but who's complaining!) The fireworks from Manatamar were directly in front of the house and felt like we had a private show! If you don't mind club music (which didn't bother us in the slightest, free music!) then you really should check this house out!

Absolutely beautiful views from the minute you opened the front doors through walking through all the rooms. The owners were very responsive and available. We asked for a small charcoal grill to be added for the roof and it was there when we arrived with fuel, charcoal and utensils. Totally unexpected and well received. We grilled some incredible meals while watching the beautiful sunsets. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything that we needed to make any type of meal that we wanted to. Easy access to the beach right around the corner. Lots of stairs to the beach but it helps you work off the great food and drinks after a fun day on the beach. We would all definitely recommend this property and we are definitely going to ask to stay here again. Thank you for the incredible stay.

Celebrated my 40th birthday with friends
We really enjoyed our stay. And would stay again for sure. The property is perfect for 4 singles or 4 couples. Communication with the property manager before and during our stay was responsive and helpful. The location is just out of crazy part of the town. Slightly quieter. It’s a bit of a walk up the hill but the exercise was good. Housekeeping was perfect! We had a small bedding issue but was resolved quickly. Overall we were thrilled. Thank you for hosting us.

We had the best time!!
We stayed for 8 days in Puerto Vallarta, there were 8 of us, me, my three kids ages 22,20,17, my son’s girlfriend, 20, my sister and her two kids ages 21 and 20. The house was amazingly beautiful, well maintained, cleaned, and had spectacular views. Falling asleep with the sound of the ocean was amazing!! Tere, who was the person responsible for cleaning was kind, helpful, and great!! We had our groceries ready for us when we arrived and our trip was so much fun!! Everyday we went down to the beach club Mantamar and had the best time!!! I highly recommend Casa Perezoso for a memorable family vacation.

Wonderful time!
We just returned home from such a lovely week. Great friends, food and drink and lovely accommodations! The layout of the house was ideal for three couples and we loved all the outdoor space. We really liked the location and being able to walk to everything in the Amapas and Romantic Zone. There is construction right next door with a prolific jackhammer we noticed in the mornings and during our afternoons at the plunge pool, but it really wasn't that big of a deal. I wouldn't let it put you off unless you like a really quiet location. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the pounding waves! The house was super clean upon arrival and beautifully maintained throughout the week by the wonderful Tere. Jon was wonderful about quickly answering my many, many questions! Thank you for a fantastic week Jon and Margaret!

Beautiful place, could use a couple updates
The place is beautiful! It’s a party house. Roof top deck is Gorgeous. 7 friends lived in it for 11 days very comfortably. The beds are a bit firm but worked. I wasn’t expecting a maid that cleaned and made beds from 8-4 daily. It could use a few updates: The stove is falling apart. Some mirrors are faded and foggy in some of the bathrooms. There is a mechanical clanking noise heard in the wall of the downstairs bedroom on the downhill side of the house that made it hard to sleep in. Either way, I would definitely stay here again.
