This property is set over 3 floors with the first floor having a lovely long kitchen followed by a hallway with a good sized living room and dining room off to the right. Upstairs to the second floor you will find 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, you will then see stairs to the third floor where you will find a lovely large sized double bedroom.

Fred’s Place is also not far from our main city centre and about a 10-minute drive to the Royal William yard where you will find a relaxing and enjoyable environment for eating and drinking with many different restaurants to choose from.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

Free parking is on site with an allocated garage. This spacious property sleeps up to 7 people comfortably and benefits from central heating, fast Wi-fi and a fully equipped kitchen and much more meaning this is a home from home.
