Bedroom two has two double beds and a jack and jill bathroom that leads to the third bedroom which has a queen size bed, chest of drawers, oversized chair! The fourth bedroom features a king size bed, vanity, chest of drawers and a fully remodeled gorgeous bathroom with a standing shower. The bonus sleeping room features two full size beds and shelving. There are four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms in this home! The two half bathrooms are located on each wing of the main level. The master bathroom features a stand up shower, luxurious tub and a sauna! There is a jack and jill bathroom and another full bathroom on the second floor and the final full bathroom in the basement of the home. There is one tub in the home while the other bathrooms feature stand up showers. All full bathrooms offer luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

(An outdoor kitchen is in the process of being installed! ) There are two fishing ponds on this property along with a play space in the backyard. Did we mention there is a private runway? 43MO is a 2480’ paved & lighted runway with tie-downs for your airplane. You can also rent a Ford Bronco through Turo that is stored on the property. That’s right, you can fly right in and enjoy this home or schedule a private helicopter tour or flight to complete your stay.

We are informing you that the intersection of MO 291 and MO 58 in Cass County will be temporarily closed from September 16, 2024 to December 16, 2024 due to the construction of a new roundabout. The closure will affect the intersection of the south junction of MO Route 291 and MO Route 58/(Hubach Hill Rd). This will be a complete closure at the intersection.

Alternative Routes:
Motorists traveling SB on MO 291 to EB MO 58 are encouraged to follow the detour of MO 150 to MO 7.
Motorists traveling NB on MO 291 to EB MO 58 are encouraged to follow detour of Hwy P to Route 7.
