Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Great location. Good food options. Nice enough front desk staff. Theft problem. Overbooking. We arrived in Christmas Eve to find they did have our reservation. We booked a superior suite with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen for a family of 6 paid in full with Expedia. After some debate they put us up in separate rooms because our room category was completely booked. The following Christmas morning we spent trying to resolve the issue with no real result except the option to not pay again. We were then given a larger suite with still no kitchen on the third floor (no elevator) with a promise of giving us a room with a kitchen the next day.
At this point I can only assume that the property got their money,because they stopped asking, but we were stuck with new unplanned expense, now having to spend more on meals for 6 and having to settle for a lesser room than what we originally paid for. On our last day, they offered to move us to a room with a kitchen that simply had three large double beds. Needless to say, we had moved all of our belongings 2x already and it was useless to move from the 3rd floor to the 1st again with a day left. Several people had money and other valuables stolen, including next door. We did not leave anything behind, so we were lucky, but understood why our things were always neatly rearranged but the
