"The hotel seems to be short of staff. They are stressed and forget to be friendly. Especially during busy breakfast hours. In general, the hotel and pool area could use some refurbishment. The environment is quiet, at the loch it‘s nice. However, you need to pay extra for all leisure activities except for using the pool. "
