Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
I booked a reservation at this place through Expedia for 3 nights and when I got to check in the reservation was not valid according to the manager of the place although everything had already been paid. She told me that to stay at this place you have to become an owner, having a membership or something like that with them and that this reservation was like fake (she called red flag) because not even the photos were correct of their property, the itinerary number provided by Expedia was not in their system therefore I could not stay in my reservation with my family, the manager offered me a two-hour talk to become a member of the property so I could stay one night (despite having the reservation made and PAID with Expedia) which I did not accept, she told me that maybe one of the owners of the property was the one who was offering the reservation through Expedia and that is something that they do not accept in this place, what doesn’t make sense is that the client pays for this and when you arrive at the place they tell you you CANNOT stay, the client is not guilty that the owner or whoever made the offer on Expedia is not authorized to do so. I find it very unprofessional on the part of Expedia and the property to allow this. I am currently in dispute with my bank to get my money back and very disappointed that this happened to me during my vacation. Don't stay in this place if you don't want to go through a bad time like what happened to me.
