Where to start... it took almost 2 hours to get the key as the lock box the key was in would not open. 2 emails and a 40 minute call with expedia customer services to get the management company on the phone to sort it out. Unable to access the pool as the pool key was in the lock box and we were only able to get the studio key. Parking on the street ia for 2 hours only there isnt any other parking options available. There were issues with the unit as well repairs thwt have not been completed. If i were you i would avoid and book somewhere else.
