And for sleeping arrangements, this home offers a king-size bedroom on the lower level, and four more bedrooms upstairs including three with comfortable queen-size beds and a kid-friendly room with two side-by-side twins.

Though it is a small part of Phoenix, the city of Surprise offers so much to see and do! Enjoy a spring training game at nearby Surprise Stadium, less than a mile-and-a-half from your door. Make the short seven-mile drive south to the Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium, & Safari Park where you and your group can view the extensive collection of land and water animals up close. You can even feed a giraffe! If you are looking to spend some time outdoors, practice your serve at the Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex or hit some balls at the well-reviewed Sun Village Golf Club, both of which are within a couple of miles of your front door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
