Experience resort living in this newly renovated three bedroom Scottsdale home with Large backyard, pool oasis. Home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an entertainers kitchen and backyard. Intimate dining room and more. Hot tub use is optional by added fee. Pool use at no charge. Option to heat pool by added fee

The Space:
The home features three bedrooms; Master has a king bed. Two guest rooms with queen beds. A Queen pullout bed in the living room. There is an intimate dining room. The property is completely private with perimeter wall and is not shared.

Guest Access:
Guest will be given door code 24 hours prior to arrival and is self check in

The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous home is within miles to: Casinos ,Golf Courses,Mountain hiking, Old town Scottsdale. Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter shopping. Shopping and dining at Desert Ridge, Shopping and dining at Fashion Square mall. Grocery Stores. Westworld. 15 minutes from Sky Harbor and Downton Phoenix

Fun in the sun
Excellent property. Great location near everything! . Very nice pool. They had trouble with the hottub during our stay so we just had the heating fees refunded. Great communication throughout the issue. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely and comfortable home
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The house faces a very busy street but we didn't have problems sleeping. We walked around the neighborhood each day with our dogs and it's a very safe and lovely area. All of the appliances and upgrades are very nice and the backyard is peaceful and good sized. The communication with management was top notch and we had a lot of communication with them! The hot tub was not working but they issued us a refund since we had specifically paid to use it. It's old and needs to be replaced all together in my opinion. But like I said, it was nice to have quick responses from management and immediate solutions offered. They even came out the first night when the TV wasn't working and fixed us right up with a new cable receiver! Overall we were so comfortable here and our doggies loved the backyard!

Stay here. You won’t regret it!
Reserved one day prior to arrival. The house was clean, cool and fresh. Kitchen is well accommodated. Yard is comfortable. Garage was a great plus for us. If we were to come back to Scottsdale I would stay here guaranteed. I would also feel comfortable recommending this VRBO. Thank you for the hospitality

Grate location & Beautiful Home - Spacious
We rented this property for our family to stay at and it was more than welcoming and spacious, There was plenty of room for our other family members in town to come visit and Bbq and swim in the Entertaining style back yard. Kids loved the Putting green and pool . The home itself allowed us to all have our own areas to hang out in , whether we wanted to visit with family in the living room area , play some cards at the dining room table or Cook up some drinks and food in the open kitchen area. We would 100% book this home again.

We initially had a major hiccup when we arrived. The property had not been serviced after the previous occupants left. We were able to make contact with the host amd the co-host and they were agreeable with a resolution. Would definitely stay here again.

Great House in Central Location
The house was perfect for a week long trip to AZ to visit family. The house was clean and just what we needed for myself, my husband, and my 1 year old. The outside space was great, the AC worked really to keep the house cool, and overall everything was very clean. Check in and check out were easy, and the hosts were great about communicating. My husband and I needed a place to stay where we could be close to our work meetings. The home was within a few miles of the home and the home had such easy access to all areas. Roomie, clean, and great location!
We chose this home due to its proximity to our daughter for the holidays. We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness and amenities of the house. The kitchen has a good number of dishes and glassware, a full new set of pots and pans, knife set and silverware ( could serve 12). The appliances are new and worked very well. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very clean. The only recommendation here is to bring along cord to plug in your devices as some of the electrical plugs bit far from the bedside tables. The backyard is nice with artificial turf that made it easy to clean up after our dogs. The pool is not huge, but it was very nice as is the Jacuzzi. We did not use these as it was fairly cold during our stay, however It was pleasant to sit on the patio, and the table and chairs and mini golf area were great! While the home is on Cactus Road, it is set back on a frontage road. We had no issues with noise. The location is spectacular if you like shopping or need groceries or almost anything You can walk less than two blocks to restaurants or Walmart and there is lots more within a 1/4 mile. We found a park about a half mile away to play with our dogs. Paul was a great host and answered quickly when messaged before and during our stay. We hope to return for the next family event!

Great location
We were in town for a soccer tournament in Mesa. It was a little bit of a drive for us but we always prefer to stay in the Scottsdale area, so we were well aware of the distance to the soccer fields. This house is within walking distance of several restaurants (The Mexicano was amazing) with easy access to highways. It was very clean and we loved the backyard area. We didn’t use the pool, but did use the hot tub some. The only complaint about the hot tub is that the seating in it was quite low, so the kids (teens) complained that they had a hard time sitting and keeping their heads above the water. I didn’t actually get in myself, so I can’t speak to how this would be for an adult but the kids stayed in for awhile, so I don’t think it was that big of a deal. I love that they provided the basic supplies we needed such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, body soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. We only needed to buy the food that we wanted to eat while we stayed there. The king size bed was not very comfortable, but not so bad that I couldn’t sleep. The road noise is noticeable, but it didn’t bother us at all. The primary bedroom’s bathroom is small, but we didn’t have any issues with it. We ended up requesting a late checkout, which was approved, at a reasonable fee. This was so greatly appreciated as our flight didn’t leave until later in the evening, so we were able to relax at the house. Overall the house was a great fit for us and we enjoyed our stay!
