This 3 bedroom home with bonus room is the perfect place to call home base while you explore all of the incredible destinations in the Phoenix area! Relax in the large, beautiful outdoor space with heated (and newly remodeled!) pool, covered patio area, lounge chairs, outdoor dining, BBQ grill, and outdoor fireplace! Kitchen is well equipped and bedrooms furnished, with TV's in the king and queen rooms and the bonus room.

We're minutes away from several MLB Spring Training facilities and State Farm Stadium - home of the Arizona Cardinals! We're also near to Lake Pleasant, downtown Phoenix, Hurricane Harbor, Castles and Costers, hiking biking and too much to list!

Other amenities include: Washer & Dryer, A/C, Ceiling Fans, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, pots & pans, dishes. Plus complementary beverages in the fridge, and coffee and tea by the Keurig. Driveway with RV Parking space

Please Note Before Booking…
-There is an additional cost of $25/night to heat the pool, with 4 days notice to heat. We will message you a few days before check-in to confirm whether you would like us to begin heating and add the fee.

- The individual booking the property must also be a guest at the property during the stay. If you are booking for other travelers, please have one of the guests make the booking instead or reach out for prior permission.

- The occupancy limit for this property is 9

- Makeup/foundation wipes are provided in the bathrooms. Please do not use regular hand/bath towels with skin products. Stained towels will result in additional cleaning fee.

- Please do not rearrange indoor furniture and outdoor dining set - Chaise lounge chairs and pool chairs may be moved, but please return them to their original location prior to checkout. This will help our wonderful cleaning team.

- There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Children are prohibited from using the pool without an attending adult. Keep chain lock latched on back door when backyard is not in use. We do not accept any responsibility for accidents that arise from the use of the pool.

- With higher temperatures in June-September the pool heater is generally not necessary.

- If temperatures dip below 50* at night, pool may not be able to reach 80* during the day.

Great vacation
We were in A.Z to visit my sister and get some relaxation. It was our furst family vacation with our kids and my parents. My husband and i often travel alone but this time we traveled with the kids and the house was awesome we loved the pool specially the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and over all we really enjoyed the house and neighborhood. Thanks for having us.

Perfect house for short or long stay.

Quick Trip/Great Pool
My husband and I came to AZ for a quick work trip of his. The house was plenty of space for the two of us, and we loved having the pool all to ourselves. The yard is great with shade and plenty of furniture out back. It was also nice to have the separate tv space to relax in the evening and cool down. The communication was great, easy check in and out. I would stay again and suggest the place to anyone heading to the Peoria area.

Great Location, Neighborhood & Owners
My family came out from MA to drop daughter off for her first year at ASU West Valley. Property was conveniently located to Campus and other shopping/recreation areas, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. There were a couple of minor issues we called to the owners attention when we arrived, and they and the management company were extremely responsive and worked to fix the few issues, which were the result of prior guests that had checked out the morning we were checking-in. All in all, the property was a good value and worth a return trip for this family of three.

Relaxed Vacation
We had a great time staying here. It was nice and close to the college our son had a visit with. We also loved the pool in the backyard, which was very much needed as the temps were in the 100's every day. We didn't do a lot of things outside of the house as it was really hot and we more just wanted to relax in the pool. The house was very well equipped with everything that we needed during our stay. Ifnour son chooses Arizona Christian University as where he wants to go to school we will be back for sure. Highly recommended place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Things were clean, there were nice welcome snacks for us. Plenty of towels for the pool time, and pool toys available as well. My kids loved it and didn’t want to leave.

Phoenix trip
Property was as described on VRBO, clean, well maintained and stocked with pretty much everything you might need, while being away from home. The pool, which for us was a must, traveling to AZ and knowing the temperatures there this time of year, the shed had all the pool toys, floats and stuff, so that you can have fun while in the pool. Easy check in/check out process, close to grocery stores, coffee places and everything else needed. Had a couple small issues that we contacted the owners about, they were addressed in a very timely manner and taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

Upon arrival our 4 digit code didn’t work, so I reached out to the property manager and waited for a response, in 109 degrees mind you! The property manager finally responded & said they couldn’t get the code change to work so he gave me an alternate code that did. We walked into the house & there was this smell, like old house, dirty carpet smell…as we walked throughout the rooms, we were startled by what appeared to be a cricket (I think?)!! It didn’t make noises but jumped very quickly every time I tried to kill it!!!! I finally got it…and as our stay continued, I killed 3 more in other places in the house! The beds were hard & not comfortable either. The pool & the backyard were dirty, leaves everywhere across the patio & deck & pool. The pool sweep wasn’t in the pool the entire 4 days we were there, which could account for how dirty it was. I won’t plan to stay at this property again :(

Hot summer fun
We stayed here because we have family in the area and one of them is up in age. We were very close to where they live and they came to cookout with us and spend quality family time. The beds are super comfortable. I thought the house was very cute inside and out. NEW grill installed while we were there. First ones to use it and it fits a lot of pork chops! The pool was amazing. Very nice and clean. Lots of things to play with in the pool so no need to bring anything really. We really enjoyed our time.

Not a Home Away From Home Stay, Vacation Rental Only
The hosts were wonderful in getting right back to us when we had issues. They live out of state. We have stayed in so many VRBO's and this one wasn't one of our favorites. It is run more like a vacation rental and lacks all the personal touches of someone actually living there. Some examples include: hotel size toiletries, minimal coffee choices, backyard was dirty including pool (both were tended to in the middle of our stay), both propane tanks were empty, all pool toys were flat/unusable minus one tube and balls, bbque grill was very old, and kitchen supplies were not stocked (coffee, dishwasher soap). Again, hosts were very kind and responsive but this home lacked the wow factor to make us want to come back. We felt the way the home was advertised online was not true to being on location.

Quiet - Wonderful. Pool
Upon arrival the Hosts left snacks and water - excellent appreciated after a day of traveling. The house is in a super quiet neighborhood. This is important when my wife and I travel. We came down for the Chargers vs Cardinal game. The house is North of State Farm Stadium and that was perfect for after the game. Barely any traffic moves north. The pool was spectacular and I was even able to go swimming in late Nov, added bonus. We will definitely be back. The pictures of the property are very accurate.
