The condo is located at the El Matador condominium complex -- a resort-type properly situated at the west end of Okaloosa Island. The 12 acre beachfront resort offers a variety of amenities and borders 17 miles of uninhabited protected beach habitat to the west.

Okaloosa Island is ideal for recreational walking and biking. A motor vehicle is recommended for getting to restaurants, shots and the nearby town destination for Fort Walton Beach and Destin. The EC Rider bus service has a route through Okaloosa Island as well. The bus schedule is available on their website.
