This is my review. Especially since I read all this information on prior reviews and was messaged with assurances these same issues had been corrected. BIGGEST ISSUE: door code did not work when we arrived. Took 3 phone calls and 30 minutes to get a correct code. The 3rd code sent worked. 1. We asked for a coffee pot replacement because the one in our unit has a short and malfunctioned. We were told one would be brought. It was not. We purchased our own. 2. You have a leak under the sink. We put a pan under it to catch the water and keep it from getting in the floor. 3. Cleaning issues - significant concerns with ceiling and floor fans. This blows allergens everywhere. We cleaned ourselves because my 86 year old mother and kids with allergies are with us. Vents are extremely dirty. We purchases a swiffer extender to clean these ourselves. The cabinets were coated with grease. We cleaned these ourselves.4. Shower head in queen bedroom shower is loose and sprays water out of both sides. 5. Front bedroom with twin beds gets very hot. Uninhabitable in the evenings. 6. Several Lights were blown and we had to replace ourselves. 7. For your rate, I do not expect the Ritz Carlton. But the balcony and pool areas need significant upgrades. 8. For a 4 bedroom condo, 2 parking passes is not sufficient. We parked one vehicle in the overflow parking, but had significant anxiety about doing so because of threats not to park a third there.
