Also, right next door is a kid-friendly beach on the sound with no waves and shallow waters, perfect for little kids to paddleboard, swim, and explore. They'll even have a pirate ship playground to enjoy while you relax under a gazebo.

This beautiful retreat is the perfect accommodation for any occasion, providing plenty of room for you and your loved ones to spread out. With elegant and fresh décor and furnishings, pops of color, and a welcoming ambiance throughout, you will fall in love with Palm Beach Club 225. When days heat up, the shared pool will be just the place to soak up the sunshine and crack open a new novel. Sitting on the main drag of Pensacola Beach, you will be in the heart of all the action here. When you want to venture out, head over to Park West and watch the waves crash on the shore. Location is great and the layout is good for families with kids (5-10 age range)
We enjoyed the location and layout. Some minor inexpensive improvements are needed especially when it comes to the king bathroom shower and two bedrooms that I have shared with the property manager. I hope they take my suggestions. Make sure you bring a hairdryer, k-cups or coffee and filters, sugar, salt, pepper and if you have younger kids, kid safe cups and plates.

Excellent location - M Bath shower not as pictured
We rented this for the Thanksgiving holiday. The location was outstanding. There was plenty of room. However, the master bathroom as pictured showed a garden tub with a shower. But, the unit did not have a garden tub, or a shower curtain. Only a crazy open shower with no curtain. Made it very, very difficult to shower without getting water everywhere

Perfect location
The property location was excellent. We were very surprised and happy with the layout of the condo. Everybody had privacy but plenty of room when we wanted to spend time together on the main level. I would suggest if you want to do a lot of cooking to pack some of your favorite items. Lots of wine, glasses and plates And cutlery. Very limited on. Other things like cutting boards of admits baking sheets. I was told by property management that the unit is going to be renovated so I’m excited to stay again. See what changes they’ve made and hopefully the kitchen has a little bit more cook friendly items for the next visit. I will definitely make sure that I take some of my favorite items with me just for convenience. But we may do thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The condo backed up to the bay area, which was nice to decks so you could relax see the boats come in and out of the bay area. in the beach is just across the street with a short walk or plenty of parking for that as well. They do have grills across the street at the beach parking area so if you want to grill things, they have grills and picnic tables.

We were very happy staying here. It was clean and had plenty of space. The view of the sound was beautiful. The walk to the beach was short—just across the road. We would stay here again. Some maintenance and repairs would make it even better.

It was great! Very pretty area and not much to complain about. All I can say bad is that the master bathroom doesn’t have a shower curtain and when I contacted the people they said they would fix this and get one out to us and we never got one. Besides that thought, that was a great trip!

Beach vacation
The location is perfect for families looking for a more secluded sound side view. The private beach was great for our kids. Our only complaint was the home was not cleaned up to expectations, nothing out right nasty but could use a deep clean. The master bath needs a major upgrade, whenever the shower was used the entire floor was flooded due to the set up of the shower/ tub. The other shower downstairs needs a light as it is very dark. The dishwasher only worked twice. And the lights in both bathrooms downstairs need to be replaced. Overall we still enjoyed our stay and none of the above issues were detrimental to our vacation more of an inconvenience.

The place is in an excellent location with beautiful views of the bay and especially the sunset. Accommodations were good overall. It is furnished and decorated very well and super cozy, but it is a little more worn in person than it looks in the pictures. The stairs are very creaky. It was generally clean but there were quite a few ants in the kitchen every day even though we didn’t let any food messes sit at all. There was also a large roach in the upper bathroom. I get that it’s FL and a rogue roach here or there isn’t that out of the ordinary, but it’s not the greatest impression to see a large roach. The Venetian blinds on the windows and fan blades were also pretty thick with dust. The mirrored closet in one of the downstairs bedrooms was significantly cracked with tape covering it. It would have been helpful if there were wall hooks to hang towels or bathing suits on in bathrooms or bedrooms especially since there are specific instructions not to hang them on railings, etc. the dishwasher and television in one of the bedrooms was not working. In spite of the perceived “flaws” we still had an incredibly delightful stay.

This property is terrible and needs a complete renovation. Pictures are not representative of the condition of this property. I contacted VRBO and had to send them pictures. I sent them lots of pictures and was told I would hear back from them that day or early the next. I had to contact them on the 3rd day to finally hear they cant help me on day 4. VRBO was no help at all. After all the information and pictures I had to send, to hear they cant help and to contact the management company. Stay away!
