Have FUN with your family at our dining nook w/ bench seating with board games, large sectional, movie room and multiple TVs throughout. Upon entering the home with keypad access, you'll be greeted by a bright and expansive room with a comfortable sectional next to a dining room table and bench seating that accommodates up to 11 guests.

We've kept the home modern in decor with a Utah vibe, still cosy with a variety of throws, pillows and blankets. We want it to feel like a second home for you during your stay.

Enjoy the functional NEW kitchen remodel with granite countertops with 4 stools, subway tile backsplash and a gas stove. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need for cooking!

In the kitchen pantry/mud room you'll find a large front loading washer and dryer for convenience.
A long hallway gives access to the hall bathroom w/ a tub shower and storage closet opposite. Continuing down the hallway you'll find access to 3 upstairs bedrooms. The first is the primary bedroom with a king bed and nightstands, floor mirror, lamps, smart TV, walk-in closet w/ pack n play and NEW bathroom w/ walk in shower and LED lighting.

The other bedrooms consist of;
one: A velvet green queen bed, nightstands, a lamp and mirror and desk in the closet.
two: 2 twin beds fit with kid mattresses, children's books, cloud nightlights.

When you make your way downstairs the room opens up to a central space with a desk and office chair for your work station. At the bottom of the stairs you'll enter the "movie room" log into the 65" inch smart TV and enjoy the surround sound and 2 soft comfy couches and plush carpet while watching your movies.

Attached to the central space you'll enter a large bright yet cosy bedroom with lots of natural light, a California King Bed, large dresser, Smart TV, nightstands and floor mirror.

Just near this room is the "kids bunk room" with 2 sets of floor bunks, a dresser, toys and smart TV. Please note that the weight capacity of the top bunk is 300lbs, be mindful of this limit especially if you have kids who want to play in this room. We are not responsible for injuries caused from these bunk beds, please make sure your kids are safe!

Opposite the bunk room is a "teen room" with 2 twin beds, a mirror, dresser, and deep 12" mattresses for a comfy sleep. Between the two rooms is an updated bathroom w/ shower tub, toilet and vanity.

Also off the central room is a utility closet w/ the HVAC system, water heater & softener and internet modem, and again we ask that your children do not go in here and play or mess with anything in this room during your stay.

Upstairs you'll access the backyard which is getting a makeover in the spring. Out here you'll enjoy a private large enclosed yard with a view of the Temple next door.
