Stay on property at the Park City Mountain–the site of the 2002 Winter Olympics! Walk out your door in the morning, step onto the Park City lifts, ski home for lunch, and then hit the slopes again. Guests will enjoy all the benefits of staying on-property, including ice skating, two ski shops, multiple hot tubs (Located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of Building A, and another one on the 1st floor of Building B ), pools, and fitness center. There is also super easy access to transportation on the Park City bus line. Rides are free and a super easy way to get around town without the hassle of parking!

This welcoming and remodeled Ski-in / Ski-out condo features excellent amenities, fresh renovations, and an epic location right at the base of Park City Mountain! The updated condo, with three bathrooms, sleeps up to seven guests in 2 bedrooms and on a queen-size sofa bed and futon.

The Lodge offers resort amenities, including Pools, a Hot Tub, and Fitness Center, which are all very accessible. Recent upgrades to the property include an updated Kitchen with New Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite countertops, and Complete bathroom renovations.

The bright and spacious living area includes vaulted ceilings and a sliding glass door that opens onto a private, village-facing balcony! There is comfortable seating for everyone in the living area, a gas fireplace, and a large new HDTV. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area that seats four comfortably.

The updated, fully-stocked kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove, and small appliances makes it easy to relax and dine at home after a fantastic day on the greatest snow on earth! More interested in the nightlife? Catch the free Park City shuttle and take the short ride going uptown to the hustle and bustle of historic Main Street, or invite friends to join you at the Lodge and enjoy the excellent restaurants just outside your door.

The first bedroom is located on the main floor, a cheerful room with vaulted ceilings, a Queen Bed, an En Suite Bathroom, a Mini-Fridge, HDTV, a Futon, and Private Patio Access. This room is excellent for up to three guests.

The second bedroom is located upstairs, with plenty of room and privacy. Relax on the comfortable upstairs sofa and catch up on your favorite book or enjoy a movie on the HDTV. There is a comfortable King Bed with professionally laundered, high-end linens to ensure a great night's sleep!

Other extras include a staff available 24/7, a professional cleaning crew to prepare for your arrival, garage parking with a pass from the front office, a hair dryer, iron and board, and much more to enjoy.

Outside Magazine gave the article's author 72 hours to find out if Park City had the chops to hold up to a title like 'Best Town Ever.' That turned out to be plenty of time: from world-class skiing and snowboarding to 370 miles of hiking & biking trails, a blue-ribbon trout stream, fabulous restaurants, and our ski-in/ski-out whiskey distillery (just for starters) - there's plenty to do here winter and summer. Of course, you can do all this whether you live here, but getting enough time to check everything off your to-do list is another matter.

Great Location
This is a great location with less than a two minute walk to the lift. Unit is a little dated but quite comfortable. It is not a large space but was more than adequate for our family of four. Some noise issues when people were loud in the hallway but no bleed from other units. Parking directions were a bit confusing - the directions said to look for a sign above the garage that said “Lowell” but it was actually a sign on the hotel next door that said “The Lowell.” All in all a good expereince and would definitely rent again.

Amazing location! But..,
First, let’s start with the good: There is a good amount of space. My family of five was comfortable. The location couldn’t be any better if you are skiing in Park City. The parking spot is in an enclosed parking garage down the stairs from the unit. There is a lot going on around the unit: restaurants, ice skating, shops, ski rentals and the Park City lifts. The property manager was quick at responding to questions before our stay. I didn’t need to reach out during our stay. Now, the bad: The facilities and unit need to be updated. The decor is about 25 years old. There is very little lighting. The upper loft is cluttered and isn’t completely closed off from the living room/kitchen area. That means that anyone sleeping can hear what’s going on in the living room and vise versa. There is no dryer in the unit and no air dryers for your wet ski equipment. There is a hot tub a few doors down from the unit but it is also quite dated and dirty looking. This is something the association should address, not the owner directly. The final item is the price. I wouldn’t nitpick these things if I didn’t pay an arm and a leg for them. I stayed at a busy weekend. Everything in the Park City area charged a huge premium but the price that was paid for this unit should have warranted a bit modern luxury. The unit has access to a pool, outdoor hot tub and a sauna but it should be noted that these are in a different building that requires you to walk outside to access.

The location of the property was very good, especially for ski in- ski out. We were allowed to check in early which was much appreciated. The indoor parking was great. The unit itself was pretty basic for the cost. The unit could use some new dishes and drinkware as chipped and sparce. The cookware as well could be updated as limited. The shades in living room and guest bedroom do not open completely. Some light maintenance is needed. Overall comfortable and enjoyed hot tub.

Clean and comfortable accommodation for 4 people. Excellent location just steps from bus stop, ski rental shops and ski lifts. Loved the skating rink just outside the condo. Used the pool, but had to go outside the building and across the courtyard to use—a bit cumbersome in winter.

Won’t stay again
The place was very clean. But I reserved this place because of the hot tubs. None of them were working accept the one on the top floor and there was no ventilation in the very small room and the lights didn’t work. You have to have a long code to get into the building, your room and the pool or hot tub areas. The itrip people that is who you communicate with were not helpful at all. They tried to give us activities to do for the inconveniences but most of them we were not able to do in a short period of time we were there. Will never stay here again!

Great Stay!
Unit was very clean upon arrival. Communication was excellent with property management. Location is great, there is a convenience store and a nice Mexican restaurant just outside the unit. Lots of space and the 3 bathrooms were nice. Free shuttle to downtown was a bonus too.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay very much! Comfortable beds (with great bedding), warm fireplace, 3 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms! We took advantage of the indoor outdoor pool and hot tubs which were so much fun! It was also perfectly located- walk to mountain, walk or bus to town. Will be back!

Location of the unit coudl not be more convenient. Walking distance to Parck City Main St and chari lift right outside the door. We enjoyed the buidling amenities and being in the village. A great place for friends and family to call home for a stay.

The move!!
We came to Utah fromTennessee to help our daughter move to SLC and decided to stay in Park City during part of our stay. Having never been here before, we were a little nervous finding a place to stay. Once we arrived we were so relieved and happy with the accommodations. We only had trouble with the lock codes as no one could remember the multiple numbers…thankful for cell phones!! The condo was very clean and inviting and the kitchen had plenty of supplies that met our needs. We hope to return soon to have more time to explore and enjoy the beautiful area!!

Short walk to the lifts, restaurants and rental places. We had a great time during the week we were there. Enjoyed separate bedrooms that gave space to my teenager to spread out. Location is amazing but not enough to make me rebook this property. The condo was dirty, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and not well maintained. There were 6 of us and says it sleeps 7. We found it extremely crowded and couldn’t imagine where a 7th person would sleep. I would not recommend this property!

Great location….probably 200 feet from slope…ski right down to Eagle lift which gets you to the top of King Con runs! Or a few more steps to Cresent lift. Condo is as advertised….roomy, close to lifts, small kitchen, a little dated but great value!!
