All major summer activities including golf, horseback riding, water sports such as rafting, kayaking or jet ski, ziplines, coasters & slides, fly fishing, hot air ballooning, hiking and biking trails are very very close. There is something for everyone here to do. You can drive around or hop on and hop off in free summit county bus service right next to the unit to go anywhere in the city. It is an expectational place to live with a beautiful stream of water flowing next to the unit bringing a nice relaxing breeze inside the house from the windows. 2 newly renovated HOT TUBS are less than a minute walk from the unit to help you relax. Very friendly neighbors and a fun community to live in.
No pets per HOA (unless staying for more than 3 months) and no smoking allowed inside the unit. Owner has severe allergies unfortunately.
