Warm and air-conditioned, the house includes:

- 1 bedroom with 2 pull-out beds for children (90x190) ;

- 1 comfortable lounge area for relaxing after a day's exploring;
- 1 small outdoor dining area (15m²);

You'll love the huge interior space and charming decor.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: wifi, television, terrace, fridge, oven, microwave, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, raclette machine, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The house is ideally located just a stone's throw from the "Saint-Sébastien - Froissart" metro station on line 8 and 7 minutes from lines 5 and 9, and you'll find plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Several velib stations are also less than 5 minutes' walk away.
For everyday shopping, you'll find a "Carrefour" supermarket just a minute's walk away.

During your stay, you'll have the chance to visit Paris itself and the city's famous landmarks, such as :

## Emplacement
Paris's 11th arrondissement stretches from the Haut Marais to Place de la Bastille, Place de la Nation and Place de la République. Far from being uniform, it's a lively arrondissement, full of bars, restaurants and theaters, where there's plenty to experience.
Our neighborhood is particularly lively, overlooking many shopping districts and close to the Gare de Lyon and Gare d'Austerlitz, which bring a steady stream of travelers to the center.
