Welcome to Sea Rest, a quaint one level Florida Cottage located on the Private quiet portion of Seacrest Beach.

Snow Bird Rates. November to March 1 is $3400/ mo + $500 deep clean at the end of your stay.

Our home is nestled in a quite part of Seacrest where you can enjoy a walk around the beautiful neighborhood or a cat nap on the porch. You can also go for a swim in the 12,000 sqft pool! This is the largest pool on 30A and one of the largest in the state of Florida. Next to the pool is a large grassy amphitheater- home to concerts, movies, sports, and weddings. Head to the adjacent Village of South Walton, where restaurants, shops, and bike rentals are available to make memories with the whole family. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs.

Pull right up and enjoy.. No running up and down steps your entire vacation or waiting on the elevator.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bath. Two bedrooms have king size beds and two have queen size beds. There is also a really cool private bunkroom off the rear screened porch that is great for a kids play area or separate "clubhouse". The back of the house faces the preserve offering a private & quiet setting. 10 ft ceilings throughout and a cathedral ceiling in the living room finished in oak.

Features include a 60' LED TV with surround sound above the stone fireplace and Blue Ray DVD, granite countertops in the galley kitchen and stainless appliances. Full size ice maker in kitchen for your trips to the beach. Hugh community pool is 2 minute walk and beach is 5 minute free tram ride from the front door.

Bedrooms have transom style windows and carpet. Baths are all ceramic tile and granite counter tops. Two bathrooms feature large walk in showers.

Seacrest features tons of amenities and the largest pool in NW FLA only heated by the sun. and sits directly between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and all of it's amenities. Home is maintained and all linens are fresh each season, new rugs and runners each year, newer TV's, and incredibly well maintained.

Annual Family Vacation
We celebrate my late wife’s birthday every year in Florida which was her favorite place. This is the first year we rented here and it was great. My friends were here the first week and my whole family the second week. Both weeks were absolutely great. Lots of room for my children and grandchildren. The screened in patio was the family gathering point every night. Close enough to all the amenities but also private enough where it was very quiet in the evenings. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Stay !
Great house in a perfect location ! Would stay in this home again or would be happy to work with Ryan, property manager, knowing he is extremely responsive to questions and showed he manages well maintained properties. There is a tram stop about 10 ft from the front door that will take you to the beach or anywhere in the neighborhood. The entire area felt extremely safe and well taken care of. Was very impressed with several of the staff at the pool, they ensure the pool area is kept clean and family friendly. The house itself was very clean and family friendly. Everyone had their own space and bathroom.

Sea Rest = relaxation and a little excitement
Plenty of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms with nice spacious sectional in the living room and a dining area to fit all 10 of us. Great porch furniture in the front and screened in back. Kitchen was a little tight but the stand alone ice maker was a favorite of everyone. There is now a quicker online check in process for security and to get wristbands that the property manager didn’t have in the emails but that security informed us about when we called on arrival- so much quicker than waiting endlessly like before. The location is right across from tram stop B6 which was very convenient. And now for the exciting part - apparently there is a black bear that now scavenges the area every evening looking for food. He tore apart our garbage twice and we had to clean up the mess. The kids (and adults) found the sightings quite fun - just be on the lookout in the evenings.

Perfect for the fall
We enjoyed our stay. Easy check in and everything was very well communicated. Even being in the back of the neighborhood the walks to pool/beach we’re easy for our family. We didn’t utilize trams but they were running in November and ready to transport. The couch is a little small for a house that sleeps 10 and no other seating in living area but it was manageable. Carpet could stand to be replaced. Would stay again.

Loved the location
Not knowing what to expect we were pleasantly surprised with the community. Upon arrival we received our wrist bands for everybody over the age of 11. With those we were able to use the tram service that takes you to the beach and back and the community pool. The bunk room is off the back deck which at first we kind of felt uneasy but it worked out fine. The kids could like themselves into the room and we had a key to it. There should have been a door that went through the purple bathroom into the bunk room. All in all we loved the house, community and everything else that 30A has to offer. We can’t wait to come back

Bunk room cannot access main house at night
We took our adult children on vacation for the week. I can honestly say that we could not have used the bunk room for young children. You exit the main house and enter the bunk room off the screened porch. When doors are locked at night, the occupants of the bunk room are locked out of the main house and you are locked out of their deadbolted room. We did find a key to use, but this wouldn't be an option for young kids. The bedroom carpets and the tub jets were absolutely filthy, but the rest of the house was clean. Area is nice but crowded. The pool was closed for 2 days of our stay, which made the private beach unbearably crowded. It was worth the drive to public access. Overall, a good stay with our family by making the most of what we could control.

Perfect for what we needed
We needed a beach house near our family reunion location to give us enough beds/showers etc for our families. This location had a bathroom off of every single bedroom! It was great! The kitchen was well stocked except an electric can opener is something you might want to bring, but they have mechanical ones. The Washer and Dryer were great. There was a working TV in every bedroom. We only had a problem figuring out how to get the cable turned on on the main TV so that was the only thing that didn’t work. But it wasn’t a big deal at all. There was a beach tram pickup literally across the street. I loved not having to go up and down any stairs and the quiet area of the SeaCrest development. I would most definitely stay here again. Oh, but bring Bicycles if your group likes to ride.

Great house for a large family
We were in Panama for the softball World Series. The location was perfect to compete at the 3 area softball fields. Our stay was just like being at home. They had everything we needed in order to cook! Safe area with lots of amenities!!

From beginning to end Warren Beach Rentals made our trip so easy and carefree. The home was the cleanest rental we’ve ever experienced. Appliances were all on point especially the dryer which sometimes can take hours to dry all of those towels. The furniture and decor made the few times we were indoors enjoyable. Even though we had to wait to have his unit cleaned when we arrived after 1900, the trip was enjoyable in PBC. However, we did not enjoy the rental as much. It has several things that need to be attended to: 1. Front porch light flickers and goes out. 2. Several bulbs need to be changed. No working. 3. Light over the stop, under the microwave is out. 4. 3 of the 4 shower doors are off track and will not roll. 5. Fan in back bathroom on the left does not work. 6. Freezer side of the fridge leaks. 7. Door shades, blinds are missing or broken. 8. Ironing board cover need replacing. 9. 1st room on the right has a old dresser and ladder in it. No room for hanging clothes. 10. Killed several spiders. 11. Front door knob needs to be changed out. Loose, had problems opening it.

Wonderful beach vacation
This house was everything advertised. We had a great trip. 5 adults and 5 children fit very comfortably. I was worried that the location would not be ideal as the house is in the back of the community. This was actually the perfect spot. Our street was quiet and secluded. It was easy to get to both the pool and the beach. We loved our spot and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Another plus is that the Seacrest community is very kind. On check out day our car battery died. The area's security came to the rescue. We ended up also getting help from an area local and a local builder who happened to stop by. Everyone was so kind. Overall a great stay!!!

Loved everything about our stay and this home. It is tucked away on a quiet corner,‘perfect for the kids to safely ride their bikes. The location to the pool, beach, town squares and restaurants was perfect. We didn’t have to get in our car one. The home is clean, had everything we needed, and is well cared for.

Lots of room for everyone. We enjoyed our stay.
I have 4 kids and felt very comfortable staying here. Everyone had their own space. The house is tucked away in the corner of Seacrest so you have access to everything but without being in the middle of it all. The tram makes getting to the beach super easy. Thanks for the memories.

The most beautiful beach area we have ever been to!
Due to COVID-19, last minute we decided to cancel a condo in Panama City Beach and found this house in Seacrest Beach. And it was the biggest blessing in disguise. The area was like something out of a magazine. The Seacrest community was like a movie. We were provided 4 bikes to ride around the area. This was one of our favorite things. We were in such awe of the houses, shops, restaurants and scenery. The house itself served perfectly for our family. Our group consisted of my parents, my husband and our 3 girls (all 6 and under), my sister and my brother. There were plenty of beds, plenty of dining space, and seating on both the front porch and back covered porch. The communication with the rental manager was top notch. They responded promptly and were great to work with. I only have 2 suggestions and 1 minor complaint. My one minor complaint is that the shower head in the back left bedroom bath, and the front hall bath, the shower head is very high and when the water comes out, it sprays in a very large circle. So because of this when standing in the shower, the water seemed to go all around you and not on you. So showering was a little annoying at times. However the other 2 showers were fine. So I would possibly look into changing the shower head to something that is adjustable. The other two suggestions would be bedding. The top blankets reminded me of hospital blankets. This again a very minor thing but since the AC works GREAT, it did get chilly at times and the blankets weren’t much help. Final suggestion, there is a back bedroom off the covered porch with bunk beds. We suggest moving the bunk beds to a room inside. We had 3 little ones that would have loved to sleep on them but because they were technically “outside” the main house, we didn’t let them stay out there. We felt it made more sense to switch the full bed that’s in the front room with the bunk beds. That way, little ones can be in the house and older kids or even a couple can have the outdoor access bedroom. I rated the cleanliness a 4/5 only because we found a lot of trash and dust under the couches and beds. And honestly if we didn’t have little ones we would not have even noticed but since they drop everything, we had to get a couple of toys out from under the couch. But we would absolutely stay here again! We will suggest it to our friends who are lookin for a beach family vacation as well. It was a much needed getaway! So thank you!!!
