A MUST STAY! This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at the peaceful and quaint Summerhouse Condominiums in Panama City Beach is perfect for your family vacation! Wake up staring at the waves rolling in from your patio doors. The condo overlooks Summerhouse's beautiful pool and of course the emerald blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Condo accommodates your family of 7 and has everything you’ll need to enjoy your beach vacation! The master has a king size bed and own private bathroom. The guest bedroom also offers access to the guest bathroom from the room and 2 double beds. One or two small kids can sleep on the couch.

Resort amenities include two amazing oceanfront pools, beach volleyball, tremendous full covered gazebo for gathering, hot tub, separate baby pool, game room, full meeting space in lobby for large family gatherings & gas grills right next to the tennis courts. Directly in front you will find jet skis, wave runners, banana boat rides and parasailing. We were very happy with the location of this condo. Not too crowded and perfectly located for lots of beach time. We have a big family and we were all comfortable. The bathrooms could use a little extra attention, but other than that it was very tidy. We would definitely stay here again.

Stay at Summerhouse
I loved the property and communication with the owner was so easy! They were very helpful. The only downfall was the elevator was out for several days and it was a little difficult with two littles to track up and down the stairs. That isn't anything the owners can help and we get that sometimes it just happens. Will stay again for sure! :)

Excellent Resort Stay
As we travel as sisters with our girls, security is our #1 priority. Summerhouse was perfect. Well lit outside areas, wristbands throughout which we liked. Our condo was clean and perfect size for the 4 of us. Made a meal in the kitchen everyday and ample cooking utensils, bowls and pans. Spent alot of time on Balcony listening to the gulf. Had a heated pool so we enjoyed that all 6 days. Would definitely stay again...

Great opportunities…
Lovely area, quiet but friendly. Pool pleasant, second pool cold. Hot tub great but shut off on its own frequently. Elevators were being worked on with signs for when they could be used throughout the day… unfortunately the elevators broke down and for more than a week we had to use the stairs including our move out process. Dishwasher worked poorly, one burner on the stove didn’t work and baking dishes available were limited. Would recommend staying on low floors in case of elevator problems!

Room was fairly dirty .. crackers in a bag at the side of twin beds, my wife swept, vacuumed and bleached the sink out. The rooms are nicely decorated and the view is wonderful. I'd stay here again.

Great place on the beach!
We were in town for a baseball tournament and had a great stay! The owner worked with us for a quick check in process as we were working with a busy sched on our first day. The condo had everything we needed and more - crockpot for easy meals when we wanted to spend extra time on the beach and/or save money and also a Kurieg (sp?) which also helped with costs for the week on coffee! Plenty of space in the bedrooms, comfortable beds, and lots of bath towels so we weren’t forced to do lots of laundry! Beach access was close and pools were very nice as well! Our family very much enjoyed our time at this condo and the owner was great to work with!

Great Place
We stayed here along with 5 of our children. We loved the location. We were bummed that the kid pool was closed for maintenance, but understood that things happen. Parking was great. Staff was grear. Location great. Rooms clean. Beds were comfortable. I think some updates in the bathrooms and kitchen would make it even greater. Really enjoyed the screen door on the balcony. It allowed us to bear the ocean without going on the balcony with three of our children who are 3 and under. I would definitely stay again.

The condo is really great! Clean and the views are amazing. Kenny was quick with anything I needed (even answered his phone when we were checking in!) and the condo had some elevator problems and they had a repair person their almost immediately to resolve it! We would definitely stay here again!
