Access to the condo requires the use of stairs. you step into this beautiful space, you'll be greeted by breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding city and mountains from the rooftop terrace. please note we don't have a pool at this property.

Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.**

Re-washed Dinnerware

Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.

Great place host and location
Great spot for us to stay for Coachella. The space was actually huge and very nice. Shirin was great at communicating and even let us check in early which was super helpful. Only one minor thing was having half a paper towel roll but we probably could’ve asked for more lol. Second bathroom is small while the master is huge but if your group is good with sharing like we were then you’ll be fine. Loved the location of being right in downtown to explore. Great stay! Amazing apartment in the middle of everything
This apartment is incredible. It's clean, spacious, well stocked, and right on Palm Canyon Dr, which is the main street of Palm Springs full of great food, coffee, shopping and entertainment. We were never more than a 10 minute walk away from anything we wanted to do. The apartment itself is beautiful, large, and very comfortable. The covered, large patio that faces the main street is such a fun place to hang out and enjoy a lovely evening. There's even a dedicated parking lot behind the building! (We didn't have a car, but that's such a great amenity.) We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone who wants to get a taste of living in Palm Springs and not just staying in a hotel.

Such a great location
This property is in such a great location, private and so comfortable! It is situated over a business on the main blvd. The private deck outside was so nice to sit on and enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We enjoyed walking down the blvd for dinner in the evenings and shopping in the afternoon. The beds were so comfortable! My kids are still talking about how soft the sheets were and how comfortable the beds were. The sofa areas were very comfortable as well and I enjoyed curling up with a book on a few occasions in both areas. The decor has a Palm Springs flare without being over the top which was really nice as I am a bit enamored by the Palm Springs vibe. Our host was very quick to respond at all times and an absolute pleasure to work with. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great time.
We had a wonderful stay here in the penthouse. The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful to work with. Quick responses. the location was ideal if you enjoy walking out and immediately being in the middle of the action with great restaurants galore, bars, some shopping, etc. and the space was clean and comfortable. COVERED PATIO: Conveniently off the kitchen and master bedroom, it was spacious with plenty of comfy chairs and a nice dining or gaming table. NOTE the WI-FI is spotty there and it can get noisy from trucks, cars, and motorcycles going down the main drag but that is to be expected due to location. It does get quieter after 10pm and in any event the noise is not a problem anywhere else. The sliding doors are a little difficult to use as they don’t slide easily and are missing some screens. The dining area is cool, but hard to use for indoor games due to the design which includes a gap of maybe an inch down the middle. We found we had to move chairs and play on the coffee table which was less comfortable. Lighting is complicated with a million switches. Some lights had dimmers which is nice but some didn’t and were very bright. Some floor lamps would’ve been welcome as the lighting was very uneven. Great tv. Kitchen was amazing. Master bedroom and bath were nice, although it took forever for the water to get hot for the shower. Overall we loved our stay and recommend.

Unique property in a perfect location
My family (myself, husband and 4 year old son) stayed at this property which was conveniently located right in downtown Palm Springs for 3 nights. It seems to be a converted commercial space which gave it a unique vibe. It was larger than we expected and a lot of space for just 3 of us but would be so fun with a larger group. The outdoor deck is spacious, overlooks the main street and there’s games out there as well (corn hole and a jumbo connect 4). The beds are really comfortable and the kitchen is large and spotless. It has everything you need to cook which was handy. We enjoyed waking up and grabbing coffee at Cafe La Jefa right across the street. Plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. We loved eating at Tac/Quila. Would definitely rebook this property and bring another family or some girlfriends along next time.

Palm Springs Girl's Trip!!
What a great place! It is beautifully furnished with all the necessaries that you might need. The location in the upper design district is perfect - so much great food (try Cheeky's for breakfast, eight4nine or Trio for dinner) and great shopping all within walking distance. The owner was so easy to communicate with and she addressed a problem (beeping smoke detector battery) quickly. The covered patio is perfect for sitting and enjoying the fabulous weather. The bedrooms were roomy with comfy beds.The kitchen, which we didn't use much aside from getting wine from the fridge, has brand new appliances and all the things you may need if you choose to cook. All in all, the apartment fit all of our needs. Our girl's trip was fantastic and we would love to go back!!
