All inside spaces that are pictured are private to you. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry space, kitchen, living room, and hallway pictured are all your private residence during your stay. Outside there is a patio with a table and 4 chairs that is exclusively for you. You also have 2 reserved parking spots in the parking area. The only shared spaces are the yard space and

There are a lot of one way roads in Paducah if you are traveling to the area for the first time! There are 2 complimentary parking spaces inside the gated area of this property with the unit number on them, if you have more than 2 cars please park the rest on the street out of courtesy for the other units.
