Casa Rosa is a well loved, restored farmhouse in a 2 acre rural setting with breathtaking views, a well maintained garden and a spectacular 12 x 5m swimming pool. A large veranda room leads out to a terrace for al fresco dining. There is also a large wooden gazebo with 12 seater table. There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms.

As a self-catering villa, you will find everything you need for a perfect stay. We provide all bed linen, bathroom towels, swimming towels and a hair drier. The cost of cleaning and laundry is included in the price of the villa. There is a washing machine.
There are two kitchens with fridge, freezer, a gas hob, an electric oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a microwave.
A perfect holiday for children and we provide a travel cot, highchair, baby bath, changing mat and toys.
The villa is a great place to relax and offers excellent WIFI internet access and a Smart TV with Netflix. Also there are a good selection of books and DVDs.

Enjoy the tranquillity of the Italian countryside in the heart of the Verdicchio wine region. Four of the finest vineyards of the area are within a ten-minute drive (Bucci, Santa Barbara, Moncaro and Sartarelli).
There is a fantastic choice of restaurants. We will leave recommendations at the house. There are several local restaurants and supermarkets within a 10-minute drive. There are many local festas in the summer months in the local villages and towns.
Casa Rosa is situated in the countryside and is easily accessible by car. There is a maze of white roads to explore whether by car, by foot, cycling or a combination of these. It is 30 minutes from beautiful sandy beaches with safe bathing areas and fish restaurants. The property is almost equal distance from the medieval towns of Ostra and Ostra Vetere (5 kms), and Jesi to the South (20 kms) and Serra di Conti to the West (12 kms).

35 minutes to Ancona Airport, 2 hours to Bologna airport. Train stations Senigallia and Jesi are 30 minutes away.

We have a key safe so you can arrive any time after 16.00. Giovanni, our house manager will visit you soon after arrival to check you are OK and show you around the property. He is available if you need help during your stay. We have an information pack with directions, local information, restaurant recommendations and site seeing. If you have any special interests please let us know so we can point you in the right direction!
