Wonderful girls' trip
Had a group of 4 and loved the home. Everyone had plenty of space and said their beds were very comfortable. There was a well decorated living room with a large table to play games. It was a great house.

My trip
The floor was very dirty— after wearisome light gray socks when I took them off they were brown on the bottom. There were dead bugs in the lights and on the bathroom vanity and toilet. The pitcher on the fridge had several dead bugs in it. The deck had some boards replaced but still seeunsafe, we never used it. The sliding door in the downstairs bedroom would not close and lock making us all feel unsafe.the hot pads were disgusting with food on them. The barstool had dried up crusty food on them and there were rocks on the throw rug. This place was by no means of cleaned. You pay a lot of service/cleaning fees when you rent these places . I feel as tho I should get some type of a refund. I have rented a lot of places over the years and this is only the second bad review I have had to give.

We stayed at this same house last year and loved it. It’s the perfect amount of house for our five young kids. Only minor complaint is the bed in the bedroom to the right felt like it lost support in the middle. My wife and I were rolling into the middle of the mattress. It’s only one house away from the pool which has a fantastic view and large shallow area for kids to play.

Very Good Response from Owner
No tv service due to local outage, owner was gracious with a go out to dinner credit through PayPal, worked great. TV was working next evening. Two Items I offer to make this property even better: 1. The area rug in the main living area was new and had curled up edge that everyone kept tripping on. Perhaps double sided tap could keep this from happening. #2. the upstairs tub is very slippery, nearly fell a couple of times. Perhaps some bid of traction tape to help prevent the slipperiness?

Quiet & cozy
My staff and I were attending a conference at Margaritaville (Tan-tar-a) and found this property. We each had our own bed/bathroom and space to rewind and relax. Way better than a "hotel/motel" room. Well worth the price we paid. Will definitely remember for next time!

Family getaway
This property was perfect for our family of 4, plenty of room with a nice kitchen to cook meals. We especially loved the deck with a beautiful view of the water and sunsets. The location was great too; very near the community pool which was never crowded & a relaxing spot to lounge, and a very short drive to the Margaritaville amenities that we also enjoyed. We will definitely book & vacation here again!

This property is managed by Evolve. They jack up the price if you look at the property multiple times. This is a predatory practice and we will never again rent from Evolve. We need a property that was close to another one we rented for our large family gathering, so we were in a bind. The property itself was fine but totally OVER PRICED!

Beautiful Home with great views!
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The community is gated and quiet. The house was very clean and well put together, but needs some maintenance on the deck. We were given the wrong code to the home and had troubles getting the owner on the phone. Eventually, I was able to text through the app and get the correct code. Don't bother to call. They didn't call back until the next day.

Not at all what we expected! Very Disappointed!
The overall property was tastefully decorated. It should be more apparent that property is a split level upon entering in initial listing not under notes! Some interior maintenance should be addressed. We arrive at 5 pm for a 4 pm check in, to find that property was not cleaned and the place was extremely hot! This is not acceptable especially during COVID and extreme temperatures. Finally we were able to check in after 8 pm. After this hiccup, heard water running and discovered it was the upstairs shower which turned on all by itself! We were unable to turn off because shower faucet handle came off in our hand. Maintenance came. After water was shut off for 3 hours, repair was finished. During this time we could not use the shower, use bathroom or make any coffee. We were stuck there! This was not the sister weekend that we planned on it turned out to be more stressful than relaxing. Property manager did reimburse us for the time we were delayed checking into the property. However no compensation was received for being again inconvenienced for over 3 hours! We would not rent this house, due to all the issues. The area was fabulous.

Thanks for a great place to stay. My present for my wife this year was to find a getaway for us before the end of the holiday.. She was thrilled with the house. Great view of the lake. Great location. Clean and Cozy. I can't say enough.

The property was clean, wonderful location, great amenities, and super comfortable beds. The sink in one of the bathrooms didn’t work and we were given incorrect codes for the gate to the property as well as to get in the house. Overall, still a great property! Would recommend

Girls Weekend
We stayed at this property for a girls getaway. It was just as cute as it looks in the photos. We enjoyed our stay! At the beginning the property manager was great with communication, even let us check in and hour early! We had a little miscommunication at the end, though. I was charged a clean up fee for a few things I was fairly certain didn’t happen (I.e dirty diaper left although no children stayed with us). The property manager was kind with the mix up and I didn’t end up having to pay. At least not yet, it was left at “I’ll figure out what happened” and we didn’t hear back. This was a little over a month ago though so it seems everything ended up ok. I will update if that changes! Overall the place was super cute and we had a good experience.
