The Resort
Windsor Hills Resort is a 24-hour secured gated community located less than 2 miles from the Main Gates of Walt Disney World. It offers safe and peaceful, luxurious accommodations with all the amenities you would expect from a five star resort, but without the resort fees.
The Clubhouse Complex offers a large lagoon style heated swimming pool, a multi-million dollar water park featuring dueling water slides and large splash zones, hot tub, 48 seat movie theater, fitness center, Foosball, air hockey, table tennis, pool tables, video arcade, sundry shop (convenience store) and video rentals. The outdoor activities include basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, a putting green, castle themed playground and even RV parking.

Very nice place, amenities and location

Place was great, big, super clean, and had everything we needed. Pool area was nice and tennis/pickleball courts were right out the back door. Aside from the Orlando traffic, it was a great stay.

Great property!!

Stayed at the property during spring break and it was everything we’d hoped for and more. Very spacious with plenty of room to hang out and with very good sized bedrooms and space for everyone. The location was great with easy access to Disney and a short drive to Universal and other attractions. The condo was very clean and laid out effectively to make our stay great. April was great to work with and communicated quickly and provided all of the information needed for the stay. If you’re looking for a place to stay with great access to amenities this condo should be on the short list. Gated and private this condo couldn’t be beat. Pool and amenities were also very nice.

The Perfect Place to Stay

What a wonderful experience. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Correspondence was always quick and the check in was made so easy. This was home from home for us, it was clean, beds comfortable, and it had everything you could wish for plus the location is just amazing near to Walmart and literally 7 minutes from Animal Kingdom. The condo was amazing, clean and spacious. The location was great with lots of great restaurants around and the clubhouse had lots of amenities. Fantastic Stay!

My family and I had a fantastic stay! April was more than welcoming towards my family and was a gracious host! The condo was stocked with all the necessities even down to sugar for my morning tea. This was a huge help! Our 8 year old was in love with the bunk beds and having her own space! The condo was clean and decorated nicely! We will definitely rent from April again!

Great comfortable stay in Orlando!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and were happy that the ride to the ESPN World of Sports was only 14-16 minutes. We had everything we needed in the condominum. The kids' room with the bunk beds was spacious with a huge attached bathroom. The adult rooms were equally comfortable and the bat off the master was adorable. April was responded within minutes of any inquiry. The kitchen items were perfect for cooking and the kitchen itself was roomy. Was a great place to relax in after coming home from a long day of soccer. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is so nice! Clean and more than enough room for seven of us. Close to the pool as well. We liked the fact that it was close to all the Disney parks. Almost nothing with this trip went as planned but thankfully we booked this wonderful place with April. I'm sure she was tired of me contacting her over the past couple of days but she was a great host. I had to reach out to her multiple times and she responded quickly, pleasantly clearly. Check in was easy and the security was helpful. The place was well designed and stocked with everything we needed. It was clean, quite and close to attractions. I just simply enjoyed staying here. Two Week family vacation

We had a great time staying here. The property is lovely and was perfect for us with a young family. The resort and pool area was good also for downtime. April was a great host and her place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed as we spent our time going to parks and a volleyball tournament. Beautiful and clean in Orlando!

We had a great stay at April’s property! We were in town for my daughter’s sports competition, and prefer to stay in a condo vs a hotel. The condo was updated, CLEAN (most important!), and convenient to the ESPN Wide World of Sports, where we had to be each day. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need if choosing to cook, the bathrooms had plenty of towels, the bedrooms extra blankets and pillows, and the beds were very comfortable. We used the pool twice, and my daughter loved the water slides. April was so helpful and communicative and it helped made our stay easy! 10/10 I would recommend this unit and stay again!
