Entspannen Sie sich im Luxus Ihrer eigenen privaten Villa, sonnen Sie am Pool oder essen Sie im Freien im kühlen Schatten der Pool-Lanai. Der Pool ist ein größeres Standardmodell, mit einem Kindersicherheitszaun (das bei Bedarf von Erwachsenen abnehmbar ist) und hat ein großes Deck, Spa und schattigen Lanai-Bereich. Die Lanai hat eine große Terrasse Esstisch, ideal für das Frühstück am Pool, und es gibt Sitze und Liegen, um die Florida Sonnenschein genießen. Alle Türen zum Poolbereich sind alarmiert. Die Villa-Lounge besteht aus einem 55-Zoll-Smart-TV mit Neflix und Youtube, etc. mit kostenlosen Internet-Wireless-Zugang, zwei Ledersofas bietet viel Platz für alle, um sich in Komfort zu entspannen. Der Esstisch sitzt 8, die Küchenecke hat Platz für 4 und zusätzliche Sitzplätze für 4 ist an der Küchentheke vorhanden. Jedes Schlafzimmer (König, Königin und zwei Zwillinge) hat Ensuite Badezimmer und Duschen, Flachbildfernseher. Wir bieten auch - Badetücher, Pool / Strandtücher, Fön in jedem Bad, Pak-n-Play, Buggy und Hochstuhl, volle Wäscherei und Bügelbrett. Das Spielzimmer verfügt über eine aufrechtstehende Arcade-Maschine, Billardtisch, Tischfußball und einen Air-Hockey-Tisch. Die Villa befindet sich in der sicheren, gated 5 Sterne Windsor Hills Resort, die Einrichtungen wie Community Schwimmbad, Fitnessraum, Kino und Shop / Bar / Café bietet. Windsor Hügel ist nur 2 bis 4 Meilen von allen Disney Parks, und ist die nächste Ferienvermietung Resort Disney Haupteingang.

Family Spring Break Trip
This has been the best property we have ever stayed at. I cannot express how impressed I was with the cleanliness of this home and just how nice everything was this property. Our 15 year-old and 11-year-old sons loved having their own bedrooms with TV and it was so nice to be able to come back every day and hop in a warm pool and hot tub that we had all to ourselves. The game room entertained us many nights with the pool table and air hockey. We loved the neighborhood and being able to walk to the playground or evening walks and everything was so quiet. It was in a great location central to everything we did in Florida and close to restaurants and a Walmart for groceries. The beds were so comfortable, they provided towels for the pool and a few things needed for the week such as laundry detergent and dish liquid, which was so thoughtful. The property manager contacted us when they need to work on the pool and was responsive if we had an issue immediately. The home was so beautiful. We did not want to leave and if we ever come to Florida again we would stay here 100% and would recommend this to anyone any time!hockey.

This was a great property to stay at with our family with 2 young kids (5 and 2) for a week. We didn't realize it was a ranch when we booked it and were happy that it was. The accommodations were excellent. The only thing that surprised us was that there were no condiments, cooking spray, salt/pepper, etc. as these are typically provided at all other rental properties we've stayed at. There is a walmart about 2 minutes from the house so it's easy access for shopping. Overall the entire family enjoyed the property and will probably look to book it again in the future.

Excellent stay
The property was as pictured in the VRBO listing. Very clean and had everything we needed. Just had to purchase a few laundry detergent and dishwasher pods, which is reasonable. the kids loved the pool and garage game room. Very appreciative for this home during our visit to Florida.

Great Vacation Home
The house was as advertised. It was clean, well staged with everything needed. The pool and spa were heated and a great place to unwind. The games room was a bonus for the young ones. Communication was good and check in was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend.

Location, space, amenities!
We stayed (family of 4 plus 3 other adults from our family) for 8 days (3 Disney park days) and this rental was perfect! The rental itself was very spacious with each bedroom having its own full bath. The heated pool, games in garage and resort amenities were amazing! As far as location, it was super easy to get to Disney parks and back quickly. Would definitely stay again.

No pool/spa heat - terrible communication
I stayed with my daughter, her friend & my 4-yr old grandson last week for 4 nights (we paid for 5 as it was a 5 night min stay). I booked the house as I was told it had a heated pool & full sun all day (which turned out mostly shaded) & was going there to relax at the house by the pool. Got there Friday & pool/spa was cold. Called owner right away & he said to run spa timer to heat up pool & he would check with property manager to see if something was wrong & get back to me. He never got back to me so I assumed someone would be coming to fix it. It was still cold Saturday so went to resort pool hoping it would be fixed when we returned. Sunday night, I found an email from a woman who was property manager that had come shortly before I called owner saying pool heater was broke & sorry for the inconvenience. I had not been looking at emails as I communicated with owner through VRBO website. I responded & said I should have been given another house or refund to find a house. She said they did not have any houses available & she did not have my number. The owner did & she could have gotten it from him. Owner ended up giving me a small refund, which did not make up for having our pool house vacation ruined. I called VRBO after I got home & found out they should have called & given me a refund to get another house. I was never given that option & found out too late how this all works. Felt terrible as my grandson had looked forward to playing in the warm pool at house.

Beyond Expectations
Great property, one of the best that I have rented. Very clean, lots of space for group, beautiful resort. Game room was a big hit. Owner was very kind. Willing to answer questions. He left a book for any problem that may have occurred. Which is a wonderful idea more owners should adopt. All I can say is Bravo !!!

Felt like home!
We absolutely loved our stay in this house! It was spacious and having a bathroom for each bedroom was amazing! It was very clean upon arrival. There were 8 of us staying, and the rooms worked out perfectly for our needs! Another plus was the air conditioned garage! We loved the pool! Only issue there was gnats in the pool. We did have to do a lot of cleaning out with the net each day. Would suggest looking into that issue more, from what I read it seems to be a common issue in FL so nothing against this house. Owner and property manager were very responsive to our messages/inquiries. We will definitely stay here again! What I loved most was the "homey" feel it has. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We stayed here while visiting Disney World. The house was just minutes away from the parks, and we were very happy with it. The pool - pool toys included - was great, the kids wanted to swim every day. The games room was also a big hit with the kids. The kitchen had all the cooking items we needed, even a blender! Honestly, we were saying that next time we should plan some days off from WDW to have more time to relax at the house.

Great location and an amazing house layout
Great location for accessing all of the Disney parks. The Windsor hills facilities are amazing. The house has a great layout with all bedrooms and bathrooms on the same floor, and each bathroom attached to a bedroom. Very nice stay, perfect for the family. The games room was a hit, a lot of entertainment for the whole family after days at the parks or by the pool. House is well outfitted with most things you will need.

No Surprises
The house was absolutely spotless. As usual there are always some minor details that needed attention. The managers Natalie and Giovani were amazing, they got back to us immediately if they didn’t answer when we called, which was usually the case. There was nothing major but when we called because some of the pots and pans were warped we had a new set that afternoon, Giovani replaced light bulbs, taught us how to use the tv and removed the pool blanket for us. The furniture was very comfortable as were the beds. I would recommend this house for a family coming to visit Disney World and the other parks. This location was great for rainy days as well because the garage had a pool table, foos ball, air hockey and a pinball machine. If I was bringing my grandchildren I would definitely rent the house again.

Spotless house, thoughtful touches, AMAZING!
The housekeepers for this house do an amazing job. Everything was spotless upon our arrival and there were thoughtful touches everywhere: the towel animals and little toilet paper flowers delighted our kids. I appreciated the drying rack on the patio for swimsuits, pool toy, and plentiful pillows and towels. It was little gestures like these that took the house from great to amazing! The heated private pool, the game room, and the resort water slides and pool were thoroughly enjoyed when we weren’t at the parks. The close proximity to Walt Disney World, as well as Walmart and local restaurants was very helpful. This house is very easy to recommend!

Simply Wonderful
We had a family vacation here while enjoying Disney World and Discovery Cove. The house was huge and the kids really enjoyed the arcade in the garage room. We all enjoyed the pool and I loved that it was heated and ready to enjoy when we arrived. We'd stay here again!
