1) Is pool and spa heat extra?
Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is no child safety fence, but there is a pool alarm on the door leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements in lieu of the fence.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed?

Big things covered but Not so much on basics
Game room and big screen by pool were nice but property is majorly lacking in some areas. Kitchen poorly stocked, zero storage containers for fresh fruit I cut up/left overs. Teflon pans/plastic cutting boards - yuck. Cheap sheets, they were terrible (mattresses fine) . Zero hand soap or tissues for bathroom. Who travels with their own hand soap? Linens - VERY minimal towels. NOT one kitchen hand towel, 4 Teeny Tiny pool towels, one wash cloth and hand towel per bathroom. Some bathrooms had no shower mat, I did email and they brought some right away. The bathmat in one bath was sooo tiny and gross. Also the shower was clogged - I stood in nearly 2 inches of water, however, they were VERY QUICK to come and fix it so that was nice.Floors were dirty. A LOT of Hair on bathroom floor, rugs/game room carpet did not look vacuumed and I figured out why - the vacuum did not function properly. kids used pool, but it was pretty chilly, did not feel heated to 88 degrees, so we paid for heat but were told if it drops below 50 degrees then the pool cannot keep up. So could not use pool for over 1/2 our stay even though we paid for it! Amount of space and game room were very nice. Property is nice for big kids but no toys/books for littles. Neighborhood was safe/nice but close to a VERY busy traffic location. Overall it was just okay.

Beautiful home, great pool & game room, close to Disney Parks
We had 3 families stay at the property, 11 people total. The amount of beds/baths was perfect and the house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The pool and game room was a hit for the kids ages 7-14. The location to the Disney Parks and SeaWorld was awesome. Without traffic we were to the parks within 15 mins. Getting in/out of the gated community was easy and the neighborhood was very quiet. Walmart was a 5 minute drive away. The house was great overall! The only negative review I have was how little they provide. Yes, they tell you in advance that they only stock the basic things to get you started, but having to purchase dishrags, toilet paper, dishwasher soap (they request that you start it when checking out but only provide one pack, which prevents you from using the dishwasher throughout your stay without purchasing more), only one towel per person (between the pool and showers we wish we could have had a few more), coffee filters, etc. Most of these things are not items you can purchase individually so it would have been appreciated if they provided a little bit more. Upon checkout we left the majority of the items behind since we were flying and didn't have room to bring home.If you are looking for a beautiful property, with plenty of space, this is definitely a home I would recommend.

Family Vacation
Overall we had a fantastic stay here! There were a few minor issues (one bunk bed was really shaky and the air hockey table was broken) but I sent a message to the property manager and someone came to fix it within 2 days. I noticed the basketball hoop game was broken on one side, but still playable. The kids had a lot of fun playing in the game room and swimming in the pool! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice property
The overall house was prefect for my family we stayed for SeaWorld. I had an allergic reaction to the sheets on the bed because of my sensitive skin. The mattress was way too hard for my liking. Everything else was beautiful. My kids loved it!

Amazing game room!
My 11 & 13 year old boys (and husband) were so impressed with the gameroom! We had so much fun as a family playing games, playing in the pool and watching movies together! My boys' only complaint was that we didn't bring another family with us! We will hands down stay here again!

Awesome place
This house is awesome. The place was clean. The kids loved going to the main pool with the slides and splash park. The only concern I had was if the bed sheets had been washed. There was a lot of hair in the sheets when pulled back in one of the masters bedroom. One of the upstairs bed had a remote control in the bed that was made up. Otherwise amazing and we will be back. I would recommend this house to anyone going to Orlando Fl.

Great home, great community at Windsor Hills
We've stayed at all the Windsor properties Windsor Westside (Never again), Windsor Palms (Need to address the sewage smell), Windsor Hills (Best of the three). Security is solid, community is very clean. You won't find litter anywhere! The house itself was modern, spacious and had every amenity you will need. Most renters are curious about insect issues. It passes the test. A couple of very small harmless spiders and zero roaches/waterbugs during our 8 day stay. It is Florida so a bug or two is completely normal. The trim inside the home could use some paint as it's a bit worn. Our issue was the pool deck, it was filthy. The problem is the landscaping outside of the screened pool enclosure. Dead leaves have accumulated against it causing debris to enter onto the pool deck and into the pool itself. The entire deck needs to be power washed along with leaf removal from against the pool screen. The large blue pool cover is falling apart and bits of it wash into the pool also. That thing needs to go! Keith the property manager is super quick addressing your needs. He informed us to call maintenance which we did and they were out in a couple days to clean the pool which looked tremendous after. The poolside projector and Lanais television we're a hit. We had a great time and would definitely stay again...Yes, I recommend it.

Perfect Getaway
We had a marvelous time at the property. Property was clean and had all the amenities to entertain the young and old guests. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone doing Disney or other local parks. A lot of close amenities within 10 minutes of property and plenty to do at the house as well. They’ve done it right with this property. Will definitely book again next time I’m in the area.

Everything was perfect!
Everything was perfect. The house was exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed including ample linens, even pool towels! We had 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids very much enjoyed the game room, the pool and spa. When we arrived the pool needed an extra cleaning, we let the management company know and they pool service came first thing in the AM. We were even refunded for heat that day. It was so easy to work with the management company before, during and after our stay. We were there for an event at ESPN, it was easy to get to from the house. There was a Super Walmart, Publix and Starbucks close by. We would highly recommend this house.

Our teenage daughters made it to Summit for cheer. The house was big enough for all of us, the pool was perfect, and the location wasnt far from Disney at all. My favorite part was the projector screen by the pool. We watched a movie every night while the kids swam.
