Property has 2 sections. Section with large, nice, modern looking buildings (referred to as Westgate Town Center) which surround a water park and a lake, and a section that looks like townhouses built in the 1970s (referred to as Villas, I think). We booked presuming we'd be put in the nice, modern looking buildings. We weren't. We asked to move, they said no. The villas have been refurbished, however, they still pale in comparison to the Town Center buildings (we've stayed there before). We were put in building C, room 7. Issues we had were running out of hot water when both showers were being used and bathtub drain being completely clogged. Additionally, the overhead showerhead in the master bath dripping on your head constantly while turned off as you showered with only the main showerhead turned on. Why not just turn on the overhead as well, you may ask. Well, that would amount to 2 showers running at the same time, meaning running out of hot water, minutes in. Changing gears, the thermostat in the unit has a motion sensor. Meaning, when you're out at the park all day, the air conditioning stops running because it senses no one is inside. That means, when you come back in the evening, your condo is at a balmy 82 degrees inside. Took hours to get it down to 73. Asked maintenance guy what could be done. He said he'd check and come back. Never came back. Lastly, there was a visible amount of dirt and grime on the cathedral ceilings. Could be bugs. Could be dirt, guy said.
