Unsere beeindruckende Ferienhaus liegt auf einem hohen Standard mit zahlreichen Extras, die Ihren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis wird eingerichtet. Mit allem, was aus Kabel-TV und ein Spielzimmer zur drahtlosen Internet-Zugang kostenlos. Essen im Freien ist auch eine Option auf Ihrem eigenen privaten Pool-Deck.

Unsere geräumige Haus verfügt über fünf Schlafzimmer, bestehend aus einem König Master-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ein Queen-Schlafzimmer, wieder mit einem eigenen Bad, einem Stockbett für die Kinder, ein Doppelschlafzimmer und ein weiteres großes Schlafzimmer. Sowie zwei Bad, es gibt auch eine Familie Badezimmer und ein WC im Erdgeschoss.

Das Familienzimmer hat Zugang zum Pool-Deck über die Schiebetüren zur Veranda und beinhaltet einen BlueRay-Player und einen großen Flachbildschirm-TV für zusätzlichen Genuss. Unsere Villa verfügt auch über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die zu einem eleganten Essbereich mit Blick auf den Pool führt. Eine rückzahlbare Kaution in Höhe von $ 200 ist 2 Wochen vor Anreise fällig und wird vom Eigentümer separat in Rechnung gestellt. Poolheizung ist eine zusätzliche Gebühr von $ 25 pro Tag. BBQs können für ca. $ 50 pro Woche gemietet werden.
Unsere Kunden berichten, dass sie von dem allgemeinen Zustand – einer der Vorzüge, die diese Villa zu bieten hat – angenehm überrascht waren. Während deines Aufenthalts befindest du dich in der Nähe von: Themenpark Disney's Animal Kingdom®. Zu den Besonderheiten gehören: ein Außenpool, ein Fitnessbereich und ein Wasserpark. This rental is close to everything you will need and just an 18 minute drive from Disney's Magic kingdom! It has an amazing pool and is very spacious. The owners are easy to communicate with and are very helpful.

Exceptional villa in amazing location
We've had the most fantastic stay at this villa. Super easy and fast check in at the gate, and the villa was sparklingly clean and well appointed when we arrived. Location is excellent - a short drive to Disney and close to a number of supermarkets (eg Target) and variety of restaurants, etc. Could not be better located. Cannot fault anything and you can tell the owner and team set a high standard for the care, management and quality of the villa. Highly recommend, we can't wait to return.

Everything was very nice the only problem and it wasn’t a big problem, but it was a problem they did not have enough toilet paper,also they wanted for us to put the first load on the washer and did not have detergent so I had to go buy some to start the washer. Nice villa in quiet safe gated community, close to everything.
The villa is handy to everything, but in a nice quiet area. 5 minutes to Walmart and US192, and about 10 minutes to Disney parking booths! It is easy to get to the I4 to head off to other attractions, although this road is often backed up. Jayne was marvelous before our trip, answering questions, giving directions to places and the villa is very well stocked with utensils, towels and the like. We were essentially 3 couples who could all retreat to our own private places if required. The villa perhaps needs a freshen up, but I think plans are in place for this. Did I mention the lovely pool and professionally levelled pool table - both are wonderful!

This house was a great location for everything we wanted to do while vacationing in Orlando. The pool was very refreshing in the FL heat. Once we arrived, we noticed one of the smoke detectors chirping, I called Jayne, she called me back right away and helped resolve the problem. Overall, a great house to stay in!

The house was nice, any issues were address by the owner immediately. Over all the house was clean, however some of the items had more then expected dust build up. Also, in the garage (Game room) a few larger bugs were found and needed to be disposed of. The washer machine was not working properly. However, we enjoyed our stay in the house and would rent again.

Wonderful house!
We loved staying at this house! We had a large group - my family, consisting of myself, my husband, and my two elementary-aged girls; my parents; my husband’s parents; and a couple who are close friends of ours. We had such an amazing vacation, and this house was exactly what we needed. Location: We were within a 10-15 minute drive to the Disney parks, and it was a fairly simple drive to get to them. We went to Universal one day, and that was more like 30-40 minutes because of traffic. Bedrooms: While our situation demanded that one couple take a room with two twins, my husband and I volunteered for that room, and it was fine! Aside from the 1st floor master, the rooms are not overly large, but we all had enough room and were very comfortable. Kitchen: The kitchen is very well-stocked with plenty of cups, plates, and utensils, pots and pans, a 9x13” baking dish, and both a Keurig as well as traditional coffee pot. We ran the dishwasher just about every day and had no problems! Pool/spa: This was the highlight of the house for us. We paid to have the water heated, and it was lovely. My girls were so excited to jump in the pool every evening, and it felt really nice to relax in the hot tub after a full day of walking around the parks. The pool water was very warm, probably around 90 or 95 degrees, which was very nice on a cooler night, but probably not as refreshing on a hot afternoon. The pool water circulates through the hot tub until you turn the knob for the spa, which is located against the house, just next to the screen door. That turns on the jets, and after about five minutes, the water will begin to warm. Amenities/neighborhood: It was so nice having a washer and dryer in the house - we did a few loads halfway through the week. The neighborhood was great. It is gated, which feels very safe, and the attendants in the gate house were very friendly. You just have to make sure you know your house number to give to any delivery person, so they can easily get in. Host: Jayne was very nice and accommodating; she was eager to make sure we had everything we needed. She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. We loved staying at this house and would recommend it to any families wanting to stay in the Disney area!
