Unsere Villa ist nur 2 Meilen von Disneys Haupteingang entfernt und ist somit ein idealer Ort für Ihren Urlaub. Sorgfältig gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wird dieses Haus zu Ihrem Zuhause weg von zu Hause für Ihre Disney-Aufenthalte für die kommenden Jahre. Kürzlich verbesserte Parkettböden in den Schlafzimmern Voll ausgestattet mit allem Komfort von zu Hause und dann einige. Komfortable Einrichtung, State of the art HDTV mit Surround-Sound für das Theatererlebnis in unserem großen Zimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche, um diese Gourmet-Mahlzeiten vorzubereiten, gut verabredeten Schlafzimmer mit Flachbild-HDTVs in allen Schlafzimmern, Disney Themed Kinderzimmer, Spielzimmer und eigenem Pool und Spa. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei!
Gelegen in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gated Community - Windsor Hills, ist unsere Orlando Ferienhaus Vermietung auch in der Nähe von zahlreichen Outdoor-Attraktionen. Dieses Haus ist ideal für Familien und freundliche Ausflüge in Ruhe abseits der Hektik des Alltags.
Unsere exquisite 6-Zimmer-Wohnung in Orlando ist minimalistisch und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es besteht aus zwei King-Size-Betten, zwei Queen-Size-Betten, vier Twin-Betten, Queen-Schläfer und einem Pack & Play, damit 15 Urlauber einen gesunden Schlaf haben. Die vier Badezimmer sind ausreichend mit Duschen und Badewannen ausgestattet.
Nach einem anstrengenden Tag in den Parks, wäre es schön, nach Hause in das geräumige Wohnzimmer dieses kinderfreundlichen Orlando Ferienhauses zu kommen. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Einrichtungen wie Kabel-TV, Sat-TV, DVD-Player und Videorekorder beladen und das Spielzimmer umfasst einen Billardtisch, Foos Ball und PlayStation für Ihr Innenvergnügen. Die schöne Küche hat Granit, Edelstahl-Geräte und ist bereit für Sie alles von Suppe und Sandwiches zu Geburtstagskuchen zu kochen. Es gibt einen privaten Swimmingpool für Sie.
Angeln, Schwimmen, Jagen, Radfahren und Reiten sind Aktivitäten im Freien, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts in unserem Ferienhaus in Orlando nutzen können. Great location.
Great location if you’re visiting the parks. House was roomy and the private pool was great to have. The neighborhood pool is also great for the kids, especially the water slides! Would stay in the neighborhood again.

Great family vacation.
The location was excellent, near many of Orlando's attractions and very close to Disney. The traffic in the area was heavy so you need to account for that. The community was very well maintained and easily walkable. The clubhouse made for a great destination on those relaxing days. The house amenities were excellent and comfortable, many hours were spent in the pool and enjoying the lanai.

Christmas vacation December 2024
The house was beautiful BUT when my grandson woke up the next morning after only checking in the day before he was ate up with bites. We went and checked the room that he was in and found a bed bug on the bed. The mattress and box spring was inside of a plastic cover we then opened everything up and found another bed bug which was dead inside of the plastic cover on the box spring. Contacted the host and and he said that he covered the mattress because of people urinating but this was the only room that had the covers and in all there are 6 bedrooms. Started reading reviews and at the end of August someone else had complained of bedbugs in the same room that we found the bedbugs in which is the pirate room with 2 twin beds. Will never rent again. The house was also dirty , when you walked across the floor’s barefoot your feet turned black you could feel the grime under your feet.

50th Anniversary
We had 14 family members. The house was clean, appliances worked. Everyone seemed to enjoy the stay. We had the pool heated, but due to cold weather in the 50’s the pool was still too cool for the little kids. We did enjoy the community pool which was very warm. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

House had everything we needed. The beds were uncomfortable and had noisy mattress protectors on them. Also feel like the pool/spa should be heated as part of the rental cost instead of an add on. But the house may out is great and the community pool is awesome.

Loved the location only 20 minutes from the parks. Easy to access into the resort, did not get to use the water park but it looked like fun. Home was very nice as expected, spacious and all amenities accessible. Would love to stay here again!

Nice size home but dirty
The home itself is a nice size, but it was very dirty. There are layers of dirt, dust, and bugs throughout the house. There were dead bed bugs in the pirate room. Therefore, we could not utilize that room. We had to buy an air mattress and have 1 person sleep on the couch. There was a hole in the screen of the back patio and in the morning there were rodent droppings. The pool was nice and the location of the home is close to Disney and the airport. Owner was notified of all issues and he relayed the concerns/issues to the cleaners.

Excellent vacation home!
Great house and wonderfully stocked kitchen for preparing meals for large gatherings. Beds and linens were incredibly comfortable and there were even extra beach towels for the pool and waterpark. We really enjoyed the game room and it is located right off the kitchen so I was able to play a few games of pool and also keep an eye on dinner. The 2 separate seating areas allowed for different board games to be played between both of our groups. Highly recommend anyone with large families wanting to vacation in the Orlando area. Wish we could have stayed longer!

RUN DON’T WALK AWAY
Let me begin by letting you know this trip was planned as a laid back, hang at the house kind of week. Rather than go to Disney we wanted to relax in a hot tub,pool and grill. Unfortunately that is not how it went. House may look nice in pictures but if you stay that opinion will change quickly. Where should start- The hot tub never worked after specifically asking and being promised the opposite. I told Thomas the first day there but no one ever showed up to look at or attempt to try to fix it. The pool was never cleaned any of the 7 days we were there. If it had been maybe they would have noticed the metal shards that were all over the bottom of the pool. Now let’s talk about their grill. I lit it but soon after the grill was on fire from all the build up at the bottom, again something that has NEVER been cleaned off. They had a fire extinguisher for us to use- with a tag from 2016, obviously useless as well as incredibly dangerous!!! Thomas said he ordered a new grill and I would have a new one Friday but it never showed up. The small kids rooms are very hot and have no ventilation. Various bugs found throughout the house and now my daughter has bites all over her body. They do ask that you wash all towels and put all dishes into dishwasher, used or not. Then they specifically ask you to NOT remove any bedding which speaks volumes!! Neither the house or pool have NEVER been cleaned. The listing is ridiculously deceptive. I would HIGHLY recommend looking anywhere else!

Very nice, large home that suited our families needs. Pool area was a big hit! Cleanliness was not as expected, grill on back patio needs attention, burners didn’t all work. Upstairs AC had trouble cooling, two nights worked fine, after that it struggled to get below 78. We enjoyed our time despite these concerns

Would stay again!
I loved this property. Very comfortable beds, spacious layout, and hot showers. We loved the pool in the backyard and the big pool for the whole property. There are a couple things to know about the property, like you have to supply your own drinking water, toilet paper, paper towels and such, and the freezer isn’t great for freezing things solid, but otherwise the house has everything you need. The owners are on top of issues as they arise, you just need to alert them. Trash is picked up daily outside of the property and there is maintenance staff that works on the house/pool as needed. It is right around the corner from Walmart and 15 minutes from everything Disney. There are lots of restaurants in the area and Amazon Fresh will come to the house. You can only bring 3 cars with registered drivers to the house, but Ubers are not an issue. It is a gated community, with lots of speed bumps, so it is safe and no one is speeding through the neighborhood. My 4 year old told me we should move here!
