We were told at the time of booking for movie night for kids and other activities for kids but when we arrived and asked they told that there is no movie night on Friday night. for soft play area and game room, we were told to leave the games room even we were booked before arrival, the staff later confirmed and apologies after they verify and told they booked double booking and it was there mistake. Staffswere not very helpful.

Everything seemed to be commercially driven and lacked the “customer first”, “family feel”. Example: an omelette at breakfast was €5 and was tiny. More importantly I was asked 3 x times at breakfast for my room number and asked to sign a receipt whilst trying to enjoy my meal. The food was very average and completely overpriced.

Good location, good size rooms, great shower, nice and clean.
