Reel 'Em Inn is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom house sleeping 11 and located in Orange Beach, Alabama.

Welcome to Reel 'Em Inn Beach House! Located near the heart of Orange Beach, this home is perfect for boaters and guest looking for a quiet haven close to the beach!

When entering the second floor main living space, you'll find the ideal open floor plan to enjoy each other's company during your stay. Lots of windows to enjoy the light and views from outside. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, love seat, and flat screen television. The dining area includes seating for 6 at the table. The kitchen includes a counter height island with seating for 3. Fully outfitted with appliances and utensils, you'll enjoy dinner time while at Reel 'Em Inn!

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen television, and deck access along with private access to the primary bath. The primary bath includes a shower/tub combination. On this same floor, the guest bedroom features all the aspects of a bunk room. With one Twin over twin bunk bed and one twin over full bunk bed, guests will enjoy a flat screen television and deck access directly from the bedroom. A hallway bathroom is available for these guests along with visitors in the living space. The laundry area is also located on this level.

Downstairs on the floor level is an additional bedroom featuring a private bathroom and kitchenette. The area includes a king-size bed, small retro refrigerator, microwave, and sink. The bathroom features a walk-in shower.

The outdoor spaces are packed with amenities for everyone to enjoy. Two boat slips, water-front fire pit area, barbecue area, sun lounge area, sandy beach space, under-house dining/lounge, and outdoor shower complete the fun!

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
• DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.
PARKING PASSES: Four (4) - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Not sure where you people who gave this rental a 10/10 rating but wow!When we arrived the baby gate was broken and just laying on the deck. The screen off the second bedroom door was also just laying on the deck Master bath great for a 6 year old frame.

Nice home - downstairs room is only accessible from the outside
Nice home- downstairs room is a little misleading, no access to the main house from inside. Only way to get into main house was from outside, which during a blizzard made it difficult with the steps. Nice outdoor furniture & places to gather but too cold to use. Downstairs is heated by space heater. Would recommend some hooks to hang towels or jackets. Also, plates/cups/silverware/paper towels down in kitchenette area would be nice. Main house bedrooms are nice size, but master's shower is very small. Kitchen & living area was fantastic, has everything you would need. Overall, I would stay again.

Reel Em’ Inn was a great option for a family vacation, with the best part being the boat slip directly on the property. It made access to fishing so easy, which was a huge bonus for the fishermen in our family. It could have been better
While this is a dog friendly house it would be nice if they clean up the dog hair and stains from previous renters. The bath rug in one of the bathrooms was stained and moldy the shower was unclean and the shower curtain was gross. I emailed the property to have 2 women show up to take it all. When I asked if they had replacements they said no so I asked if they could come back w a clean curtain for the shower and then anew bath rug. They never came back. The pillows had stains on them on the bed. I killed a very large spider the first night. I went and purchased my own cleaning supplies to clean the shower so I felt okay using it. The yard has stickers all over the place. The outdoor furniture was old and torn. Oh and there is no closet in the downstairs bedroom. The views are nice the US flags need to be replaced as they are badly worn. I would also ask if you can please provide coffee and/or filters for the coffee machine. If they cleaned it up and gave some better supplies it could be nice.

Perfect little 4 day getaway with friends! House has the perfect amount of space and in a great location. Plenty of fun things to do just minutes away and great restaurants. Just a short boat ride out to all the local hangouts on the sandbars and quick access to the gulf for fishing. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend!

Very Nice
We enjoyed our stay. This house is on a quiet street but very close to everything. My only suggestion would be a little upgrade to the front porch. The living room furniture was very comfortable and I loved the beachy colors/decor used throughout the house!

Relaxing location and close to beach!
We stayed here for my son's baseball tournament with our family. It was perfect! We enjoyed the dock for fishing, and the downstairs bedroom was perfect for my mom. We enjoyed sitting on the big porch as well. House had everything we needed, and the kids loved the sand to play in. Outdoor shower was great for washing off the sand, and the baseball dirt :) Master bathroom was a little small, but there were two other bathrooms, so wasn't a big deal. Was a 3 min drive to the beach and grocery store and many restaurants and activities. House expectations were as advertised. Loved our stay!

Mother’s Day weekend
I booked this house for my family for Mother’s Day weekend and it was perfect! We always bring down our center console so the location was key. Boat slip and close proximity to everything! House was clean, newly updated! Bathrooms are a little small but worked for us. Would be nice to have a pool with littles but we knew that coming in so we brought an inflatable one for them! Would book again! Loved the neighborhood!
