Just Pass on this condo!!!
The photos were taking a good 10 years ago!! I have photos of the mold and broken items. Pillows are paper, one bed was only a box spring(completely unable to sleep anyone). The resort wouldn't help us bc we rented through VRBO and not them. Resort is in serious need of repair and has zero lifeguards and way under staffed. The price per night was highway robbery. The owner of this unit has clearly not been onsite in awhile.

The condo had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked with all kinds of appliances and tools. Lots of towels in bathrooms and was very clean when we arrived. Large living room and very large balcony. It was great for a family of eight. Large pools and lazy river was awesome..

The condo was very nice and the view was gorgeous.
Condo great. The parking was stressful. We stayed at a extremely busy time and I knew that would be challenging. Only one assigned parking space and then go to overflow when there is none or limited was stressful. Staff and guests were all nice and patient so overall very good. I would stay again but not at peak times.

Beautiful
The view is amazing! Beautiful, picture perfect especially at sunrise and sunset. The condo was wonderful, very spacious. The kids all bunked in the same room with two beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable but I would suggest to switch out some furniture like the chair in the master bedroom and the chest of drawers in the other king bedroom for more practical use. The linens were the usual kind from hotels, I would of liked a regular blanket on the bed instead of that extra sheet. There were some stains on the duvet cover and one of the pillows in the closet that we ended up not using. Something to state that wasn’t part of the condo but the resort property. The stairwell in the C building to the pools reeked of urine and the elevator in building D did also. It was horrible! Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thank you for having us.

The C1204 condo had a wonderful view of the bay and had all the needs to meet my family of 10
My family enjoyed the stay in C1204, each family had there own bedroom with bathroom. The view of the bay was amazing. If we not at Lazy River or the beach, we were on the outdoor balcony watching the view. All that my family needed was in the condo. Had some great meals and great memories.

Weekend get away
Check in was easy. Parking was conveniently near the elevator. The unit was clean and stocked with plenty of towels. The kitchen was also nicely stocked with any cooking utensils you may need. The view was amazing. The unit was very spacious and nicely laid out. My only complaint would be the beds. I did not find them comfortable. I felt the mattresses were firm and the pillows flat. I think the batteries to the main tv were dead and I couldn't find any extras but we didn't spend alot of time watching TV anyway. However, this property is conveniently located to restaurants, the Flora bama, and walking distance to the beach. There is plenty to do on site and you really don't have to leave for anything. I would stay here again.

Family Time
We had an amazing week! Our only complaint would be distance to beach. However we took the shorter boardwalk to the bay side on a day when red flags were out and we have waves that kids could manage and a walk grandparents could walk as well. We loved the puzzles and worked on it all week as a family. We emailed about inflatable bed not holding air and they immediately responded and delivered a new and better inflatable bed. Amazing place to stay. Views were our favorite part with no direct sun but most beautiful view of sunset. Thanks for sharing!!

Nice but needs attention
This is our 3rd year staying at Caribe and have enjoyed every visit. We choose to stay here because everything is convenient. The kids love the pools and slides, the adults too, and we never have to leave during our stay except for grocery items. This stay was a little disappointing, no fault of the resort. The owners need to upgrade sleeping accommodations ASAP. Layout and location of unit was perfect but needs some serious attention. The floors didn’t feel very clean, and in the LR there was something on the rug that looked like it had been there for a while. There was pet hair on the TV stand. The pull out bed in the LR is horrible. Had 2 tweens who were excited about sleeping on it but was not comfortable at all. Tried inflatable bed found in MB closet but wouldn’t hold air. Also goes for bed in MB. Very lumpy and uncomfortable. In guest BR, mattress needs replacing. My son & his wife said they Felt like they were rolling to the middle of the bed. Bed Pillows all over need to be better ones. Master bath tile mildewed. Not clean. Vent Fan over stove in kitchen wouldn’t work. The owners need to consider vacationers comfort so they will want to come back and recommend them to their friends. We will be back to Caribe but unless the owners make some serious changes to this unit we won’t be staying in this one.

Great size for our family and couple extra kids. Kitchen was very nice (had stand-alone ice make that was fabulous). Beautiful view of the bay. Loved the massive master bathroom!

The condo is extremely well appointed and clean.
I appreciated the well equipped kitchen, spotless bathrooms, and overall roominess. It needs a larger couch considering how many it sleeps. However I would most certainly rent it again. The only thing I can complain about is that we paid an additional fee to extend our checkout but apparently no one communicated this fact. Someone just walked in the unit while my family and I were cleaning up and packing. It was alarming. I was closest to the door so everything remained ok. Had my children been anywhere near the door it could have gotten ugly from a mama bear standpoint ☺️
