Spend your time relaxing at Beach Haven 1 - a fresh, modern 3 bedroom unit, which can sleep up to 10 people if required.

Located right in the heart of the laidback coastal town of Old Bar, Beach Haven1 is a great place to relax and chill out, either as a couple or with your family and friends. Great for workers travelling through or working in the Old Bar / Taree area.

Beach Haven1 is perfectly located within an easy walk to Old Bar Beach, as well as shops, restaurants and Club Old Bar.
You are only a couple of doors away from Coles, for all your grocery shopping needs, and there's even a fabulous bakery and gourmet deli located right across the road!

We try to make your stay as comfortable as possible while you are at Beach Haven 1 - almost like your home away from home. Beach Haven 1 has ducted air conditioning to each bedroom space and living areas, so you can be assured of a comfy nights sleep.
If you want to eat out every day, you have lots of choices. You can visit the local cafes and restaurants, including Thai and Chinese, or you can order take away food from the local fish and chips shop or the pizza and icecream shop - just a short stroll from Beach Haven 1.
Club Old Bar, just 800m away, offers a great club atmosphere, with a full dining experience and a bar, serving alcoholic beverages. They even have a courtesy bus, which runs from 5-8pm each night, so no need to even walk there if you don't want to.

If you’re a bit of a foodie and like or need to do all of your own cooking while you are staying, Beach Haven has a fully functioning kitchen with lots of cooking appliances and utensils. See more details about what Beach Haven offers you below:

Sleeping:
We have 3 bedrooms, comprising a Queen bed and 2 separate double beds, each located in the separate bedrooms. We also have a pull out double sofa, and single futon, located in the kitchen/dining area. Plus, we have an extra single bed, which is located in the garage/family space. Depending on how many people are listed as staying, linens and towels are provided to suit. You can let your host know if you have any questions regarding the sleeping arrangements.

Other sleeping space =4 people

Linens:
Whilst this is not a daily serviced unit, we do supply hygienic and fresh bedroom linens and towels on your arrival, (this is included in your booking fee as per the number of people booked in your stay). There is an additional fee per person when you book. This fee will be calculated at checkout when you let us know the number of people staying.

We simply ask that you place all of the used towels in the bathroom area at the end of your stay. This helps us to keep our daily costs down so that our guests can enjoy a great experience at an affordable price.

Kitchen:
Beach Haven has a fully functioning kitchen, so if you want to do all your own cooking while on holiday, you can. We have pots and pans, as well as cooking appliances and utensils. We supply an electric wok and an air fryer for your use, to help make you feel right at home. We even have a range of condiments for your use in the kitchen cupboard, just in case you forget to bring those essential items on your trip, like salt, pepper, herbs and spices. We just ask that you use them sparingly, so that other guests after you can also enjoy the convenience of these complimentary items.
We do provide a small selection of complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk on arrival, as well as bottled water in the refrigerator, because sometimes the first thing you want after your travels is to sit down with a nice warm cup of tea or coffee and you’re too tired to unpack it straight away!
We also supply a small amount of complimentary dishwashing liquid, as well as a tea towel and wipes under the kitchen sink for guest use.

Lounge/Dining:
There is a main lounge area, which is furnished with a comfy lounge and large TV, as well as a lift up chair, suitable for more elderly people. There is a lounge/sofa bed and a futon in the kitchen/dining area, which provides extra seating as well. Free wifi is availabe, as well as free to air channels and Foxtel.


The dining area seats 6 people comfortably, with extra chairs provided that can also be used.

Bathroom and Toilet Facilities:
The main bathroom is modern and is equipped with disability hand rails in the shower and toilet, as well as disability rails in the 2nd toilet, which is located in the laundry area. We do provide a small amount of complimentary soap, shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper on arrival, however, we do advise that you bring your own toiletries for the length of your stay as the unit is not serviced daily.

Laundry:
We do have a washing machine and clothes dryer in the laundry for guest use, and we do supply a small amount of complimentary laundry washing detergent for your use.

TV and Internet:
We provide free wifi (25Mbps speed). We provide free to air channels on the TV and Foxtel as well, so you can watch all of your favourite shows while you are on holiday.

Outside Space:
Beach Haven does have a clothes line for guest use and pegs are provided. There is also an enclosed outside courtyard with a small seating area.

Parking:
Beach Haven 1 is located at the front of a 3 unit complex. There is an on site car space for parking, located in front of the unit. Easy access street parking in front of the unit is usually always available.
We ask that you do not park in the driveway at any time, as there are other residents in the complex who utilize the driveway to reach their own units, so blocking of the driveway is strictly prohibited. No parking is allowed on grassed areas or in front of garages. These are for permanent residents.

We want you to enjoy your stay at Beach Haven, but no parties, loud gatherings, or schoolies type get togethers are allowed at Beach Haven 1. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if this occurs during your stay, and no refunds will be available.

Cleaning Fee:
There is a small cleaning fee attached to your booking. We reserve the right to charge a higher cleaning fee from your security deposit if the premises are left in a state that requires extra cleaning.
Beach Haven 1 is cleaned and inspected after each guest departure, so that when a new guest arrives, they can be sure of a clean and inviting experience.

Pets:
We have a no pet policy. No pets are allowed at Beach Haven 1.

Another great stay - Thankyou!
We returned to Beach Haven after a fab stay last year whilst visiting Old Bar for a family members birthday. Perfect location with cafe, food and supermarkets less than a minute walk away. Annette was an excellent host, always a pleasure to deal with. House was clean and accomodating with lots of basics supplied. If we return to old bar again next year we will be booking to stay here again.

This home was just perfect for our stay. We had 5 adults and 2 children and there was ample bedding and all needs. So well set up with 2 living areas, one can be turned into another bedroom area with sofa and futon. Kitchen very well stocked. 2 toilets and 1 bathroom worked well. Would love to stay again.
