4-bedroom 4.5 bath Home in Bear Trap Golf Resort-- 3 minutes from Bethany Beach

Enjoy your stay in this spacious 3 level town home in the golfing resort of The Villages of Bear Trap Dunes. This property is only 3 miles away from Bethany's Boardwalk and Beaches. A beach shuttle can be used during prime time (with the purchase of an amenity pass).

This home offers 4 bedrooms/4.5bathrooms (each bedroom has its own private full bath). All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Tax free Tanger Outlet shopping and plenty of restaurants/shops/activities nearby! Bethany beach, Dewey beach, Fenwick and Ocean City all a quick drive.

Bear Trap Dunes golf resort has 27 holes and is great for all skill levels. The driving range is located approximately 50 feet from the house and the Den golf clubhouse is approximately 200 feet from the house. A wonderful restaurant/bar (Coastal Kitchen) is also 200 feet from the house at the golf clubhouse. The Pavilion with amenities and unlimited extra free parking is also approximately 200 feet away.

The home is equipped with 2 independent central air/heating units to ensure temperature control on all levels of the home.

An amenity pass can be purchased ($65 per person per week, 4 and younger are free) for access to the beach shuttle, a full gym, 1 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, tennis and basketball courts, pickleball courts and playgrounds, hot tub and sauna!

The open floor plan on the main level offers a powder room, kitchen, dining area, living area and bedroom. The fully finished basement offers extra space for entertaining with a pool table and TV/gaming access as well as a bedroom and full bath/laundry. The third level has 2 bedrooms each with their own full bathrooms.
The back yard offers a fenced in private courtyard for outside gatherings. A finished garage provides more entertaining space and storage. A second full size refrigerator/freezer can be found in the garage.

Owners take great pride in the cleanliness and sanitation of this home, which is serviced by professional cleaners between rentals.

Nice stay
Nice property and lovely development. Had a couple of issues but good communication and quick resolution was provided. Amenities fee was a bit high, but I had factored that into the overall price. The pool was very dirty two of the days we tried to use it, full of leaves right at the beginning of the day and again when we went back later so was never cleaned. Lots of room to spread out in the house. Kids loved the pool table, which was really the deciding factor for us renting this property compared to others. Convenient location to grocery shopping. Beach was about a ten minute drive. Overall, a good relaxing stay and I’d book again if I stay in this area in the future.

Great location and space
We really enjoyed this property. We had multiple families with many children and there was plenty of space for each family to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The location was nice as it was a short drive to the beach. We purchased and used the amenities pass. The shuttle made it easy to get to and from the beach. The indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and playground were all nice to have and use with the kids when we weren’t at the beach. The property manager/host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. I would recommend this place to anyone coming with a couple families looking for a place with lots to offer!

Family Vaca
Property was perfect for us. There were more supplies than we actually expected. The hot wheels parking garage made my grandson’s trip - thank goodness he brought his cars. We only used the pool once. The men enjoyed the golf and the kids enjoyed the waves and boardwalks. My daughter in law wants to rent this house with her sisters next year. The owners seem to have thought of everything to make their guests at home. Thank you!

Annual family vacation
This was the first year we scheduled our annual family vacation further then walking distance to the beach and this house had all that we needed for a great week away. All that the community had to offer was certainly helpful. We appreciate as many specifics in a listing as possible and felt the only things we didn’t know was that hand towels/kitchen towels were not included in the linen package and we would need to provide a supply of toilet paper for the five bathrooms. Fantastic Property
Renting this townhome was very easy. The unit was very spacious, clean and well equipped. We travelled with a large family, including grandparents and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The community amenities are great and very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

A great place for our family.
It's hard to find something affordable for our big extended family. This place fit our family and our budget perfectly. The place was great. It was quiet and on a dead end street with little to no traffic. The bedrooms were all VERY big and fit all of our stuff with ease. There was plenty of parking available on the street was another plus. Kitchen was amply supplied with all of the things we needed for cooking meals.

Loved the amenities!
It was our first time at Bethany beach and we enjoyed our time there. The beach traffic was very heavy (not surprising for the 4th of July week) so the short 3 miles to the beach took 20 minutes or so. The home was as described, decently stocked kitchen, etc. The living room was tight for 6 adults. The beds were just ok. Carpet could use a good cleaning. We loved the pool area and courts. Pickle ball, tennis and basketball were all played by our crew. Plenty of chairs around the pool and the club house area/locker rooms/bathrooms were immaculate. The trolley was great for our older kids who wanted to come and go to the beach at different times. The garage/extra area proved to be a great hangout/extra eating space for the kids. Home was close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Overall, a great time with great friends and family!

Great place for a family
Overall this was a great experience. The tv wasn’t working properly and they had someone take care of it in a timely manner. Our only complaints were that the WiFi was not the best and the beds were not comfortable at all. I would recommend bringing a mattress topper.
