This condo is wonderfully open and roomy, offering a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large dining space, and a living room with plush seating, a flatscreen TV, and an electric fireplace to toast your toes at night. Outside on the expansive balcony, you'll have views of Ocean City and even a glimpse of the ocean itself down the street. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer to keep your swimsuits and towels dry and ready for the beach.
Seaside Retreat is located on the ocean block in North Ocean City, with Coastal Highway on one side providing you with fantastic access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The building has a rooftop swimming pool overlooking the ocean and an exercise room, while the beach is down the street. Northside Park, the 58-acre complex with sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, and walking and jogging paths, is three-quarters of a mile south. And the Fenwick Island Lighthouse and tax-free shopping await three-quarters of a mile north across the Delaware state line.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
