This home is just a few steps from the beach, with plenty of fun on-site activities and Jolly Roger Amusement Park right across the street!
Newly renovated, this condo features a covered porch furnished with deck chairs and a bright and welcoming interior dressed in fun beachy themes, gorgeous floors, and lots of comfortable furniture. The living room includes a Roku-enabled TV for watching your favorite Netflix or DVD movies, a handsome corner sofa, and an overhead ceiling fan, a great place to kick back after an afternoon at the amusement park. Use the small and major appliances of the full kitchen to assemble a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy at the dining table with seating for everyone, then let the dishwasher knock out all the dirty dishes while you adjourn to the balcony to enjoy a nice glass of wine. The kids will love taking the beach towels down to the beach, and when you come back you can easily spritz away the sand via the outdoor shower. With the private washer/dryer, you can afford to pack light for your stay. The central AC and ceiling fans will keep everything nice and cool. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy, two with TVs and the main bedroom with an en suite bath.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
