It's within walking distance to local hospitals, shops, and restaurants on Piedmont Avenue and Temescal, and just a short stroll to the MacArthur BART station, which takes you to downtown San Francisco in 17 minutes.

The cottage features a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, central heat and AC, a 50" smart TV, workspaces, a private deck with dining for four, and a hammock. Off-street parking is available for one car.

Dogs are welcome with a $150 fee per dog.

The entrance is at street level. As you enter, you'll find a foyer with a counter-height table and two chairs, a chair for putting on your shoes, and hooks with a shelf for convenient key storage.

Adjoining the foyer is the living room, equipped with a 50" smart TV and two couches for relaxing.

From the foyer, walk up two steps into the fully stocked kitchen, which includes a dining table for four. Adjacent to the kitchen is the bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a door leading to the deck.

The bathroom, located at the back of the kitchen, features a tub, shower, vanity, and toilet, and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The second bedroom, accessible from the living room, includes a full-size daybed and a pull-out twin-size trundle bed.

On the deck, enjoy a hammock and a table with four chairs, perfect for dining or relaxing in the beautiful Oakland weather.

There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.
